The Beach Princess apartment has a uniquely beautiful location with a lake view at the intersection of the main promenade, beach promenade and pier. The furnishings are very high quality, modern and tasteful. Everything you need is there, including a fully automatic coffee machine. On arrival there was a bottle of wine, a glass of Rüger honey and a pack of coffee beans, a very nice touch.

We can only recommend the beach castle as a beautiful attraction in Binz as an eye-catcher. We would have liked to have a nice drink, but some holidaymakers or tourists were just quicker to take a dip...never mind that we'll manage to have a drink at some point.....

The view and location cannot be beat. You get a magnificent panoramic view over the bay and to the pier.The apartment is showing its age in a few corners, but is very comfortable and nicely furnished and well equipped.Two refrigerators, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine...We also used the beach chair.Excellent!Restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby.What was difficult for us was the parking situation, as the underground car park would have been very tight for a VW Arteon. Luckily we were able to be offered another parking space nearby and that worked out great.The contact was friendly and we have already booked for next year.

The location is a dream, that's where your vacation really begins. The equipment is rare, certainly of high quality, but very worn and also very stained. But honestly, you pay for the view. What was really stressful was that there were dog owners in front of us and everything was full of hair, of course there was cleaning, but it was everywhere, even on the table where we were eating and on the rolls, that was a big burden. No matter how many times we vacuumed or mopped, the hair was always there.When asked if we would come back, definitely.

Very, very nice, it's a little old and needs to be renovated here and there, but otherwise great service and right on the beach you can say it's the best house on the site
