We travel to Binz regularly and usually stay at the Kurhaus Travel Charme, which we have really enjoyed every single time. This time and for a change however, we wanted to try something else. Unfortunately that was a mistake.Mattresses were worn out and should definitely have been replaced some time ago. Both had a noticeable spot in the middle outer part, where you would tipically sit. Particularly one of them, even to the point that you would literally roll to that side when lying. I asked them to replace the matresses, but they told us that they could not do that, as they had no spare ones. The Music System in our sauna would not connect via bluetooth. My cell would show as many as three different bluetooth connections, none of which where our sauna but those saunas in the adjacent rooms. Also you could not tell which bluetooth connection (name / ID) should actually be showing up for our room. There was no sign / no indication anywhere to identify the proper bluetooth connection. They told us, they had a list. would look it up and notify us. They unfortunately never did. Also the supposedly dimmable LED in the sauna would neither turn on nor off propperly and would flicker throughout the night. A technician came to fix it. He changed the batteries in the remote control, but never managed to fix the LED.Our room was also extremely hot with no way to regulate the temperature, so we had to sleep with one window open. Mind you, it is February 2024 with 7 degrees Celsius outside. When we went to the reception in the evening to tell them, there was one lady who told us that she was merely helping out and that she did not know the hotel nor the rooms and that she could not tell us if and how the temperature issue could be solved. She also said that there was no one else in the hotel except for her an that we would have to wait for the next day.It was only the next morning, when we found out that you could not regulate the temperature for our Junior Suite individually. Apparently, the person giving us that info at the reception was more familiar with the hotel than her colleague the night before. At checkout when asked if we enjoyed our stay I told them “not really” and calmly explained everything I have written here. The only reaction we received was “Oh, so we there is room for improvement!” No apology, not anything else.I am sorry but that is just not good enough. Henceforth the Travel Charme it will be for us again.

Good hotel, it's not luxury, but we liked it! There are some reports about rooms with a view on the parking, that must be the smaller rooms. We had a superior room, and it had a nice view. Spa is a bit disappointing, lacks of ambience

Nice hotel in a beautiful city, but the breakfast was discussing. The staff let birds come in through the windows and the birds were eating from the breakfast buffet. Unbelievable. |The service level is “German standard”. Just basic, and no positive surprises.

The hotel Vier Jahreszeiten where I stayed for 4 nights is absolutely to be recommended. My friend from Hamburg had chosen it since she had already spent several holidays there. …

At approximately 200 euros a night, the hotel was way too overpriced. ||Unfortunately the cleanliness was also not as I expected. …

the hotel does not offer a view on the Ostsee. The building is old and the way to the room was quite a challenge with a heavy suitcase. Our room was small but nice and ok since we stayed just for a night. ||Great breakfast in a great room on the 3rd floor.

This hotel is truly ideally located in the center of Binz. You only need to walk 2 minutes to go to the beach and to the Strandpromenade! There are also a lot of restaurant choices very close. …

The hotel is well located, the service very friendly and the breakfast great. However, as others wrote too, our room was pretty small and our bathroom tiny given the brand and pricing of the hotel. In addition, not everything was spotless clean.

My review refers to a “country-style” double room. The rather small room was equipped with very low beds with sharp edges that could establish a risk of injury. There is a lack of storage space for suitcases. The cleaning of the living room and bathroom was perfect. The service was also correct. Noteworthy is the excellent breakfast, the wellness area and the shuttle service from the train station. Summary: A cozy place in the of the romantic bathing resort style of early 20th century which should be actually restored.
