The hotel with the worst service I have ever stayed at.1. The receptionist allows visitors to check in early if they pay cash (offline) without using the application2. To use the new application, you can check in after 2 pm. There is no leeway from the receptionist and is very firm when answering visitors' questions3. The worker watering the plants in front of the hotel shouted at visitors while directing the parking lot. Even though the parking lot is full and the outside parking area is still empty. My partner and I were riding a motorbike and we were shouted harshly at "that's the car parking area, just enter the alley" even though the alley was full of motorbikes and the car parking area only had 1 car parked.4. The room that was opened was dusty. The toilet is very dirty. Only 1 towel was given5. The room only has a socket above, and it is difficult to reach the cellphone charge6. Room opened on 2nd floor. Alone with very noisy air conditioning and a smelly room that was never occupied once.7. Many of the 1st floor rooms are empty8. The receptionist is not professional, she is bitchy, her gaze intimidates visitors. Asked for booking code etc. rudelyWe pay wow

Actually staying here is comfortable because I have stayed here twice. The air is cool because there are lots of trees, for an economical price of 125,000, it's not bad, just give me some input, please add more electricity plugs or at least provide a plug in a low place because the power plug, oh my gosh, it's really high for charging my cellphone. In the end I tricked my cellphone and tied it up and hung it up, one more thing. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms on the 2nd floor at night. I suggest visitors bring anti-mosquito lotion.

After taking care of the administration at the receptionist, we wanted to enter the room but the bell boy had not yet arrived so we waited on the terrace of the room, after coming we opened the door to the room and gave him a towel and checked the room, but when we checked the room he didn't take off his sandals, he went in as he walked around the room. wearing sandals..very impolite..wife wants to pray too disgusted..please pay attention to employee ethics, hotel owner..Then the spring bed is really hard...

I stayed at Hotel Shinta 1 Kertosono for one night, arriving around 22.30. My experience is as follows:Excess:- Affordable prices:**First Room:**- **AC is not cold**- **Smell of cigarettes**After reporting the issue, I was moved to a second room.Second Room:- **Excess:**- Rooms are clean and tidy- **Lack:**- There are 3 water faucets, but the water that comes out is very small.- Plug is too high**General Impression:**- **Poorly Maintained Environment:** Some facilities and areas appear poorly maintained, leaving an uncomfortable impression.**Improvement Suggestions:**1. **Cleanliness:** Improve cleanliness, especially to avoid the smell of cigarettes in the room.2. **Bathroom Function:** Repair the water faucet so that the water can flow smoothly.3. **AC:** Make sure the AC in each room is functioning properly for guest comfort.4. **Environmental Care:** Pay attention to maintaining the environment around the hotel to make it cleaner and more comfortable.5.
