Let's see how long my only negative comment will survive here. Before it is deleted...We are extremely disappointed. When we arrived and were guided to the apartment, we were asked directly what we booked about, booking or direct? Possibly to check out what amount you can now charge. Ultimately we were ripped off for almost 70 euros.As we entered the stairwell we were already met with a smell and unfortunately it didn't get any better in the apartment. Musty, moldy, musty... we also encountered a very unpleasant smell from the refrigerator and also under the sink. At first glance everything looked ok, but upon further inspection it was a total disaster. Pleated blinds moldy, table dirty from the previous tenant, toilet and sink greasy and dirty. You don't want to use the towels because they also stink and just scare you. Unfortunately, after consulting with the landlord, I was just disrespectfully fobbed off with “Oh, you're the aunt,” etc. I would have liked an agreement and leniency, but they didn't say anything more than a sorry. And it was already threatened that a negative review would be followed by a skillful statement. I'm excited to see what kind of "excuse" might come up here. I'm not the type to give a bad review, but this definitely went too far and was unreasonable. All the clothes in the suitcase had to be washed to get rid of the strange smell, it's a shame that you don't accept criticism and you are treated disrespectfully. That doesn't show any professionalism.Big thumbs down for this stay. I am very sure that our negative experience is not the only one, but it is better to accept the additional money required to delete the negative reviews. They're probably professional after all. Get a hotel for the money or pay a little more, then at least you'll feel comfortable and clean!

Spacious and clean apartments with balconies. Nice bathroom with spacious shower. Quiet location and friendly owners. We always enjoy coming here when we visit Hamburg 👍🏻

Unfortunately, this accommodation is not so well made for a business trip while other families are on holiday. Unfortunately, falling asleep early is not possible on the ground floor. Still very modernly furnished and great bathroom

We spent 2 nights here on our short trip to Hamburg.A beautifully lovingly furnished apartment in which you have everything you need. However, the walls are very thin 😋 so if you're not interested in your neighbors, pack some oropax! All in all we would definitely come again!

Very small but modern accommodation in a quiet environment. Very good connections to bus and subway. We had a problem with hornets that kept coming through the windows. The care was super friendly, quick and insect protection was installed.

Both Mr. and Mrs. seemed both competent and extremely friendly. After a short conversation, I was offered several wines to try, each of which suited my taste perfectly.Conclusion: competent, friendly advice with a lot of knowledge and the right nose

Good wine selection with competent advice. There are tables inside and outside, it is nicely furnished, you can spend an entire evening in a cozy atmosphere. The prices are absolutely ok. Why 4 and not 5 stars? Because the kitchen used to be even better. Otherwise everything is fine!
