Saturday special offer is a nice idea, but to ensure happy customers, I would suggest some improvements such as- Not allowing small children into the wellness space to ensure people can relax in peace, which was impossible with screaming kids,- checking if rules are respected such as no small kids in sauna, only 1 family at the time- clean up spa regularly and put towels at disposal- inform clients about closed areas such as hammams and outdoor pool- serve dinner in 2 times instead of all at once as you end up eating a cold main dish- be a bit more creative with the cooking...less is more- ensure that the safety box in the room works as our was broken.Overall, the hotel has potential and is in a nice area.

Nice owners and servers, they'll help with anything you ask, even proactively help with planning your trip. Environment is awesome. You are right in front of a lake with ferries, amazing views. Only bad parts are, there's no air conditioning and there are a lot of bugs, and the front desk is some times unmanned, so you may have to wait a while for service.

Great time at this charming hotel along the Mosel RiverI stayed here with a couple of friends for two nights. The hotel is absolutely lovely and offers diverse facilities we truly enjoyed. The spa is beautiful, especially as the weather was great we spend a lot of time on the out pool.Sauna and Steam bath where also quite pleasant with nice temperatures. The last night we had a delicious dinner in the “Lohengrin” restaurant. The views there are really nice as you can see the river from the dining room. What I also appreciated was the easy and fast WI-FI connection which used to be a bit slow last time I stayed there. They certainly made some improvements. Might go again within a couple of years as I really like this place as well as Remich.

I want to like it, but the rooms are in need of repair. It is not quite as described. The spa is nice and the breakfast is good. The views of the water are pleasant. Just be prepared for outdated rooms with minor flaws here and there. Kind staff.

Had a special farewell dinner in the restaurant last night. The food was very good, beautifully presented, and the service was delightful. I had not realized there was such a nice hotel in Remich. Would recommend 👍🥰

It was the weirdest hotel we ever experienced and that was mainly because of the receptionist. It began that we asked kindly for new towls because one had to use the room towls for the sauna and at the sauna one didnt get new one. He complained a lot about ppl using too much towls etc, after some disussion we got one towl but not a 2nd one. When we then wanted to go to bed we realised that we had no blanket, it was just a overblanket which had no sheet. The blankets were in the closet without sheet. So we called the service again and asked for sheets. He was very unfriendly that we realized this at 11 pm, but thats the time we went to bed. He came finally to our room in his pyjama and was just complaining and said that they dont have any sheets left, he was more or less yelling at us and just left without doing anything. Breakfast wasnt nice as well. Never ever again!
