This hotel is one of the worst hotel in Saarbruken. very rude owner.In my voucher, there was written that the check-in is finished at 10 PM and I arrived at 9:20 PM there. But believe me, he did not give me my room, despite I paid the money and the payment was successful.Anyone who is thinking about this hotel, I am warning them not to reserve and stay there at all. They might experience very bad situations as I had when he did not give me my room and I had to stay one night outside of the hotel with bad cold weather.

If you travel by car, this is an excellent hotel for visits to Saarbrucken. Parking is free, and just in in front of the hotel. The rooms have recently been renovated, the area is quiet, the breakfast is great and the owner is extremely helpful. We liked it a lot.

The rooms are actually fine and it was clean. BUT the heating in the room next to us was broken. In other words, from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., there was a racket every 15 minutes. Sleeping was out of the question. The whole floor was awake. In the morning I wanted to talk to the owner about it, but he wasn't there. There was only one man there who didn't speak German or English and he wasn't interested. Not recommended!
