That's a restaurant that gives you an experience, not just food. One of the best meals in europe for me. I have been to a few Michelin guide restaurants, this one is the best in it's price range. They have a nice wine collection. The owners are french, it's a perfect french delicacy experience.I will be back definitely!

After a Long moto trip from Paris, my husband and I arrived in this old place, and we felt like we had traveled in time. The Hotel has kept all the charm from the old walls, and is situated above a very nice park. …

I spend one night in this old school hotel. Room was huge and clean. Bathroom was normal size and shower in bathtub which is not the best solution. Atmosphere is unique in old building. Sleeping quality high. Breakfast was good. Lack of WIFI in 2017 is not good at all. Value anyhow is good for money.

Well. I had a marvellous meal here - with some thoughtfully inventive, well judged, generous cooking - with a good night's sleep to follow in one of the spacious, warm, clean rooms above the restaurant. …

Wow! what a great restaurant in Sankt Ingbert! I come from France and know star-level cuisine... This kitchen should have at least one star, see 2. Great value for money. Service very nice.

I can only rate the restaurant because we didn't book a room there. In front of the restaurant on the street I thought: "Oh God, here they only serve schnitzel and fries in old fat"....But......far from it.The door to the culinary highlight is in the backyard. Here, cuisine is offered at the highest level and served with love and interest in the guest. Each course was explained in detail, and requests for changes to the menu were responded to with wonderful independence. It was our first time there (but not the last time), but we were welcomed so courteously and lovingly as if we knew us.The food? Great. So far I haven't found anything comparable in Saarland. A lot of love and dexterity. Lots of incredible flavor explosions. The men at the table looked a bit discreet at first because of the manageable portions in an eight-course menu, but they were all full and satisfied. The portions couldn't have been larger due to the explosion of taste.I hope that the young kitchen team finds approval and support. The number of chefs who still wholeheartedly and enjoy cooking for others are rare at this high level

Very nice ambience and tastefully sensational food. Served in a very visually appealing way and a completely new taste experience. Big praise to the chef and the service staff. Very friendly service that rounded off the whole visit perfectly. The prices are completely justified for what is on offer. If you want to treat your taste buds to something, this is the place for you.
