From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and all my needs were met. They were extremely polite, well-informed, and handled every request with efficiency and a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service truly stood out. I would highly recommend Karim Nasri as a shining example of exceptional service in hospitality.I must also highlight the high quality of the food and cleanliness at the hotel. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious meals that were clearly prepared with great care and attention to detail. A new hotel strategically located in the heart of an Eschborn business park, next to the offices of Deutsche Bank, LG, SAP, Deutsche Börse and the likes.Very comfortable and well equipped rooms, Executive Room recommended.Staff and management are unbelievably friendly and forthcoming.Breakfast may be improved - add some local food variety.

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the city centre. However, the hotel lobby looks beautiful with friendly staffs. Room is large and so nice. Facilities are new and good. Breakfast is good too. Recommend this hotel to everyone.

This place offers the unique experience of being disrespected and neglected by its unprofessional and incompetent management. I’ve booked 2 nights well in advance for a business trip. After a long day of travel I wanted to check in, then they said they were overbooked and sent me 500m further to a hotel I did not book. I chose Leonardo for a reason. This practice is a disgrace. I have never had such an experience elsewhere. I was not alone who had this problem, only within a few minutes 6 of us had been sent away. Totally unrecommended, avoid this so-called hotel…The front office manager claimed this is normal procedure and even airlines do that time to time. Do you really think it's normal to decline a costumer after confirming room availability? What would have happened if I didn't find another hotel at 11pm? I had been traveling a lot but I have never ever experienced this practice. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Forget this place, it's a waste of time.

Good stay, pillows were unfortunately very uncomfortable… felt like sleeping on a balloon. I suppose it’s due to the extra non breathable cover under the pillow case. Breakfast unfortunately disappointing.
