This is a lovely, new hotel. Location a little further from the station that appeared on the map but adequate for the price. Rooms are of course very clean, still smell new, beds comfy, hot water good, breakfast varied and plentiful, everything great, except one thing. I could have easily stayed here and never spoken to another human being during my whole stay. Check-in is done by machine, breakfast is self service and as you are given a code for your room, you don't even need to hand a key in at check out. This feels very impersonal and almost robotic. The reception desk was always empty with a sign up saying 'use the machine'. It would be nice to say 'good morning' to someone or a quick chat in the evenings. I suppose this is the modern (post covid) world but it seems a shame that something so simple can be deliberately overlooked.

We stopped here on our trip to vacation, the hotel is brand new and clean. The staff has been very nice and super helpful. We could take our dog in the room for 12.5 euros additional.There are plenty of parking possibility around the hotel.

Superb hotel. Warm welcome. Modern, well soundproofed and comfortable rooms. Wireless internet access is fast. The lobby is comfortable and easy to work in. As a bonus, breakfast offers a varied assortment of quality products to start the day off right.

A very modern hotel. We stayed here because Europa Park is nearby, about 30 minutes by car. Our room faced the tracks but you couldn't hear the trains, which was very good. The room was clean and large. Only the beds were a bit hard which wasn't good for the back. Otherwise, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Thank you

The rooms are really small. Air conditioning doesn't work. When we asked, it was claimed that 50% of the guests would prefer to heat... of course, when it's 23 degrees outside. Smoking in the entrance area is absolutely not okay. Especially if you have your room above it. The receptionist was unfriendly. The dog she had at work was constantly barking.The beds were as hard as a board. And the beds were made so carelessly. Used coffee cups remained in the room. The parking space is really bad if you only arrive in the evening.

Nice new hotel with well-equipped rooms.Friendly reception.Shower wasn't completely clean...There is little parking at the hotel but there is enough parking on the street in front of it.Easily accessible to the city center.Restaurant nearby.

Great hotel 30 minutes from Europa Park. For a fair price, a great triple room with a good shower, clean bathroom, nice firm beds and two air conditioners, where you can switch between the central system or the room unit. Unfortunately, there is no safe in the room. The room is just big enough for just sleeping, we stayed late in the park and the hotel bars around it. The area around the B&B hotel has nothing to offer. Breakfast buffet is compact, but there is something for everyone. It's a shame that the breakfast room is so unpleasant and cold.
