Pros:- very friendly staff- early check-in possible without extra charges- one of the most affordable hotels in the area- a few min away from the therms- 2 min away from Edeka (with bakery)- breakfast doesn't have a lot of choice but has everything needed (including latte macchiato, yogurt, camembert, smoked ham, fruit, eggs, etc)- complimentary gummy bears, still water and coffee in the room (also a water boiler)Cons:- no elevator- room is not cleaned during stay- no restaurant- no fridge in the room

Great German and especially local cuisine. Try the local specialities, you won't be disappointed. Very friendly staff. Fast service (fresh cooked needs time, but for sure the food arrives hot on you place).

Clean and cozy. Great hosts. Loved the breakfast buffet. No Wi-Fi is a minus.

The room was relatively small, but absolutely sufficient for one person. The price for a health resort is very affordable. Facilities clean, shower and toilet too. WiFi available, check-in also went well. Breakfast was rich and good, requests were taken into account. Very friendly lady on the phone and at the counter. It's just a shame - the restaurant is closed.

Bathroom newly renovated, shower with curtain!!! Either it sticks on, or the water runs onto the floor 🤔 the basement room cost the same as the room with a balcony!!! Breakfast was fine for me 😊 Staff was very accommodating 👍👍👍

Extremely friendly. I booked by phone and everything was organized so that we could arrive late at night even when we were passing through. Everything worked and everything was clean, quiet, good. Only recommended.

Good location for the rehabilitation clinic. Very friendly hostess. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The bathroom was new and modern. The price-performance ratio is right.

They just wanted to have lunch and didn't already have their masks on on the street. They were also insulted when my wife first set foot on the stairs, mind you, still outside on the street. She also apologized and put the mask on straight away. It wasn't enough for the operator and he insulted us as stupid Ossis. I didn't want to stoop to that level and we left. They all looked so strange, thick, grim red noses and piercing us with their eyes. That was pretty much the worst thing I've ever experienced in the restaurant sector. I'm usually always fair if I ever write a review, but I should everyone knows beforehand before they go there. Oh and you shouldn't be a smoker either, the owner can't stand it at all, but he does offer a smoking area, I understand if you want, you felt like lepers. Not so bright ones do it quite well

A good place to stay overnight. The room was newly renovated. We slept very well and, above all, peacefully. The young woman waited for us for over an hour because we arrived so late. Very nice. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed for personnel reasons. Like so often. We'd love to come back because the other hotels are too arrogant for one night. We can highly recommend it. Thank you again for waiting

OK for one night, but it doesn't have to be more.
