We did not spend the night here but had dinner.This restaurant was recommended to us by the manager of the Landal park where we are staying.We initially wanted to eat at the schnitzelhaus, but you can't get in there without a reservation.And because we don't plan our plans for each day, we didn't want to make a reservation.When we came back today from a fun day visiting the mines, we went to this restaurant on spec.We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and were able to sit at a table by the window.We both ate a delicious schnitzel with fries there, which was also a really good size.And beforehand a plate of raw vegetables that was also very popular.In the meantime, we took a look at the schnitzelhaus website and I can say that the schnitzels at Hotel Lindenhof are a lot larger than at the schnitzelhaus.After the meal we chatted with the hostess and we were very positively surprised by the food and hospitality.The only downside is that our Dutch bank card did not work.Luckily we also had a credit card with us and that worked fine.I would advise anyone who wants to eat a schnitzel in Bad Sascha to visit this hotel at least once for dinner.No fuss, just good large schnitzels for a good price.

German at its best. Nice hunter's schnitzel with everything and more and an offer to take the rest home. Good sip of beer. Cozy atmosphere with a mix of tourists and locals in both bar and restaurant.

I can only judge the restaurant. For the first time in my life I let a dish go back. The tortellini were cooked extremely soft and the cream sauce wasn't very tasty. I've had this dish countless times, but I was very disappointed here. Unfortunately, the criticism was dismissed with the statement that they always prepared the dish this way and that everyone liked it. From then on, the friendliness of the service was limited. I then got a replacement which was fine. Otherwise nice beer garden atmosphere. There were eight of us and to be fair, everyone else enjoyed it.
