We booked a room at very short notice. Everything went smoothly.The allergy-friendly room even had a mite barrier and finally no unnecessary carpets and curtains. Great.The breakfast is very tasty and rich.Thank you for the relaxing stay

We booked two rooms in a holiday apartment as part of a family celebration.The house in which the holiday apartments are located, as well as our rooms, were unkempt, a lot of dirt/dust, especially in the corners. Cobwebs especially on the windows, but also hanging from the ceiling and in the corners.There was still a sock from a previous tenant behind a chair.The man (owner?) at the reception said, "that could happen, the employees are just human".The TV didn't work, it wasn't connected to the WiFi. According to the owner(?), this is due to Telekom's cable network expansion.The only towel holder in the bathroom was almost off the wall, but luckily the towels didn't fall off yet. There was no place to dry the shower towels.“They should all be replaced next week” according to the owner(?). We are extremely happy about that.There were only excuses from the house, unfortunately no apology.The food was good, as was the breakfast, the staff was very friendly.The hotel probably has 4 stars, but the holiday apartments don't deserve one. Price and performance don't match under any circumstances.

We booked 4 nights with a dog including breakfast. We were accommodated in room 20 (badger den) with 2 rooms.We were welcomed very lovingly. Everyone there is very friendly! We felt very comfortable and welcome at all times. The Henriettenhof is so beautiful and furnished with attention to detail.The hotel has 10 of its own covered parking spaces. From the entrance you walk across the street and are already on the hiking trail into the forest. There are many beautiful sights such as the abandoned pulmonary clinic (lost place!), a huge building that is abandoned and outdated. This can be explored with a booked tour.A little note about the forests! There are lots of wild boars and deer there! I wouldn’t recommend a night hike! You should also keep an eye on the forest during the day.Breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The breakfast buffet is rich and very tasty.We can only recommend the restaurant!We are so excited about the Henriettenhof that we are already planning to book our relaxing holiday there again next year.Here are a few pictures!Best regards

A romantic property in the countryside with a wonderful inner courtyard, good cuisine that is far above average compared to the region, very friendly service and an excellent price-performance ratio. The rooms are not luxurious but have everything you need. Our conclusion: it's great that we found this recommended house.

Even though the place is very sleepy, I can say that the hotel made up for it all.We were guests in this hotel from August 10th to August 11th, 2024 because we were invited to friends' silver wedding anniversary.We were warmly welcomed by the landlady. Our room wasn't big, but it was furnished with a lot of love. Pure romance. Well suited for lovers.Even though we weren't lovers but sisters, we felt comfortable 😊Thanks again to the entire team, because the celebration lasted until 2 a.m. and we received very friendly and polite service right up to the last minute.Thank you, I can recommend it with a very clear conscience.The buffet was also tasty, plentiful and something was constantly being refilled.Nobody had to go to bed hungry.

I wasn't planning on writing a review, but after seeing the defensive and unfriendly way reviews are addressed here, it reminded me a lot of our stay.1. The guest is constantly looking for the problem, the administration cannot admit any mistakes. Unfortunately, this cast a shadow over the holiday.2. Apart from the really courteous restaurant staff, the friendliness of the staff really left a lot to be desired.3. Room service was only carried out upon request, that was no problem. However, you can really expect more from a hotel in terms of room service, at least that the beds are made properly. There was simply no effort made.4. The price-performance ratio was not right. This is not just a subjective opinion. Unless you're traveling for the first time in your life, you know what to expect.5. Location is very nice if you are just looking for nature.6. Even though we had BOOKED an alpaca hike, it didn't take place, even though the weather was very nice.If I could just give a tip to the person who responds to reviews here: the bad spelling and, above all, the incorrect capitalization and lowercase letters don't help to appear serious.

Dear hotel team,Your hotel is enchanting. The room is simply furnished and that is absolutely enough. Unfortunately, the number of flies is so high that staying in the room was extremely uncomfortable. A fly screen would have been very appropriate, especially in the hot months.When choosing the hotel, I fell in love with the location. It's really very beautiful here.Of course, you should now read the owner's answers when writing your application. This communication discourages booking again. What if something goes wrong, will you be treated that way? A pity.

I was passing through and spent one night there. The place is pretty quiet, so perfect to switch off. The hosts are super friendly and the food was excellent and prepared with love. The rooms are also furnished with attention to detail.

Full marks... Very nice atmosphere, food very tasty, accommodation excellent. The boss takes his time, explains everything, shows everything. All in all, a successful overall package. I can recommendthat Saalfelder Märzen, that herring fillet and the solyanka. Regarding the service, it should be mentioned that it was very polite, very accommodating and if there is no more space, the buffet is simply cleared and another four people can eat.

So I'm more than thrilled. Totally the sleepy little town, super lovely hosts and everything you need is there. So if you want to feel a bit like Sleeping Beauty and want to spend a quiet weekend or quiet days with your loved ones, this is the right place for you!
