Overall, everything was fine. There is a kitchen that can be used.
Minus : not many restaurant can be reached by foot from the homestay
Suggestion : put a bigger name sign in front of the homestay, so it can be easier to find the homestay

The place is in a quiet housing complex and there is no traffic noise. You can get room number 9 on the 2nd floor, the room is also comfortable at a very affordable price, it has air conditioning and a smart TV, the bed is big and the bathroom is clean, God willing, if you go to Surabaya, stay overnight here again, thx bro

Comfortable, clean, friendly service.The room on the 2nd floor & bathroom was very clean and comfortable.But the bottom room at the front of number 4 has no ventilation other than the window. So the windows have to be opened a little at night to let air in because they don't use air conditioning. So the mosquitoes will come in. Top ventilation should be installed. So that the windows can be closed at night.

I stayed in room 9 booked via Agoda, it was quite clean and the admin was informative, the person who looked after it well was allowed to receive guests and could borrow a motorbike to buy food because the location was far from the traders/stalls

The service is pretty good, but the rooms are not provided with towels and minerals, most importantly motorbike parking is difficult or narrow, there are no clear rules for parking motorbikes and cars, and there is noise from other rooms and the crew is noisy...No recommended

I stayed here for about 3 days 2 nightsThe room is clean, the mattress is soft and spacious, there is a TV and AC in it. I just think the AC isn't cold enough because yesterday the weather was a bit hot outside.In the room I used there was an ensuite bathroom and could look out onto the main road. For now I am quite satisfied staying here.

Residential environment, safe, car garage is also spacious (can accommodate 2 cars, no fighting)Soft bed & pillows, clean room & bathroom.It is also cleaned every day. There is also a kitchen with it for simple cooking/boiling water. OK

The place is comfortable and clean, suitable for those who want to travel economically. Maybe my suggestion is to add CCTV and give a description of what facilities you can or cannot get (for example, you can't get toiletries because only soap is available here). Overall I enjoyed here, keep up the good work 👍

The location is a bit into an alley. One of the alleys (if I'm not mistaken, west of the boarding house) is closed at maximum at 22.00 (you can't enter) you have to go through the other alley/turn around. This is what makes people who are there for the first time a bit lost. Never mind the first time, just use grab, daddy got lost playing around first😭🤟The boarding house is clean, there is a bro who looks after it too. I don't know whether the boarding house children are there or whether they are guarding the boarding house, even if not 24 hours.The bathroom is clean, but the shower water is not strong enough in my opinion.I can't give security a score of 100 because there is no CCTV, either inside the boarding area or outside.There's a little story that when I was staying there my wallet was lost, when I asked the boss for CCTV, he was told that this boarding house doesn't have CCTV. OK, let it go. But thank God, I found it good, I returned it to my friend.Maybe if I go to Surabaya again I will stay here againThe price is really worth it 😭.
