Excellent accommodation, friendly - very good food. Reasonable prices. The hotel prepared an English translation of the menu. Lovely sitting on the terrace. The walking path to the top of 2,000 foot Kleiner Gleichberg starts next to the hotel. Perfect location. What more could you want?

The rooms are very clean, the staff is very polite and funny and easy to talk to. The rooms are simply furnished, you won't find a single cobweb in the entire hotel. The food is really good and the breakfast is really big. The price is very reasonable for this quality.

We were here for a birthday at a closed event. The service was great, the dinner was really tasty and the evening in the rooms was wonderful. We didn't stay overnight ourselves, but others from my family did, so I was able to see the rooms. These were cozy and nicely decorated. We were all completely satisfied and would love to come back.

I was a guest at the hotel with my club over the weekend. I would love to give it ten stars. The service is tip-top! Great food! Rooms are absolutely amazing! The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Price-performance perfect. The hotel is located in the middle of the forest and is perfect for hikes. Quiet location, hardly any traffic. Each room is individual. Rustic yet modern. I would book the hotel again at any time. 👍🏽

After a hike to the beautiful Kleiner Gleichberg, just the right restaurant, with a beautiful terrace and fresh, very good, hearty food. I liked the dish combinations that fit the region; there is something for everyone here.The Thuringian dumpling dish, as well as the other dishes on the menu, are very tasty and well balanced.Fresh and homemade.Friendly attentive service.Value for money is topThanks and keep it up.

Nice accommodation for little money. Large parking lot, good location, quiet in the woods. nice rooms, although mine didn't have a central light, just a lamp and a mattress that was too soft for me. The service was perfect.

Rooms are simply furnished but clean and beds have a good, hard mattress, not so lumpy that you sink with a hunched back. The operating couple is super nice. Both the breakfast and the warm food are very tasty and of good quality. Hotel is in a great location, in the middle of the forest and on a nature reserve. We felt very comfortable, enjoyed the peace and quiet and would book it again and again.
