Room was clean and comfortable. There was some renovating going on but this did not bother U. at all. Our room did not have AC, only a rotating fan, but t. hallways did. Staff was friendly and helpful

While we were there the hotel was under construction. It was also extremely hot. There is no air conditioning in the hotel. We were damned if we did and damned if we didn't. Noise or die from the heat....we went with the heat.

No Aircon, no water, no laundry, very unfriendly staff. Here for a long work trip and feels like a prison sentence. Erfurt is lovely but this place is dreadful.

Perfect location in the middle of the beautiful city center with five-star breakfast, modern facilities and good service. There is a lounge available, a well-serviced bar, a very professional front desk, parking at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is comparable to 5+ star hotel breakfasts I have had elsewhere with very reliable service. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only disadvantage is that the rooms have little ventilation and opening the windows at night on the front side of the hotel is not advisable due to noise from the street.

Visited the hotel for business reasons and my stay was impeccable. The only thing I'd comment on is that when you book the rooms that look at the garden to have a quieter experience you have to count in the guests that may hang out in the garden. And when people walk and talk in the hallway, you hear them as well. That's the only negative thing I'd have to say ! Everything else was wonderful. The staff was friendly and approachable!

Rooms and basic but very clean and have a free stocked mini bar. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars as the parking is terrible, very small and usually full so you have to use public parking.
