The room was okay for one night, the socket right next to the room entrance was not attached. Entry into the underground car park was not possible because the roller shutter was already closed upon arrival and it was not clear where you could ring the bell. There was no breakfast. There was also no indication when booking that the hotel was still under construction. The free water: noneThere was no indication in which direction to find the room. This time we were disappointed with B&B.

Great room which is clean and spacious. Enough space for 2 people.The following points make me deduct 1 star:- Poor quality WiFi- Room code very long and not easy to use with card- The fact that there is no breakfast isn't a bad thing, just advance information (especially since you were in contact with the hotel) would have been niceA good location for my visit, the underground car park was ideal.

Clean rooms, new beds. However, unprofessional and improvised service.The hotel is still not finished. There is no breakfast, the cement is being mixed in the breakfast room. It will take a while... However, the advance payment was refunded. The advertised 'free' parking space does not exist and costs €12 per day. It is posted in the room that the rooms will be cleaned before 12 p.m., which means there is no need to hang out the 'do not disturb' note afterwards. At 2:40 p.m. room service rumbles in and wants to clean.Food, automatically if you arrive late? None.Embarrassing.. It's clean, but I don't have to give it a second try..

We were there this weekend. The rooms are new, everything is very clean and tidy. The WiFi is free, but unfortunately the connection is not good.We parked under the hotel in the underground car park, which is only accessible until 8 p.m. in the evening. There are no parking reservations for the hotel, which we think is a shame because when we came back from our excursion at 7:30 p.m. in the evening, all the parking spaces were full and the side streets around the hotel can only be used by residents. In the evening we had to look for a suitable parking alternative for a long time and ended up parking far outside. Unfortunately no breakfast either.Due to the parking situation and the lack of breakfast, there is a 1 star deduction. Otherwise everything is great 👍🏼 LG

Well, that was a disappointing stay😐The room and bathroom are new and ok, but the carpet still smells a lot.No decent reception, no drinks machine, no bar, no breakfast and no parking space for our minibus😐Things work better in other B&B hotels.

The hotel is easily accessible by tram, the rooms are nice and clean. The area of the hotel & the entrance is unfortunately a construction site. No clever reception, the breakfast room is still not ready (as of July 14, 2024). I'm not opening a bed and breakfast hotel and breakfast is not possible. I'm a hotel manager myself. There was no place to have a nice breakfast nearby either. So you have to take the SB back to the city center. The balcony was not allowed to be entered, the reception (a room with a PC) was fobbed off and everything was still under construction. It's better to take a hotel in the city center. Rooms are nice, the rest is unfortunately a disaster.

06/2024Almost new.So new that the reception on the ground floor doesn't exist yet - it's still under construction.The reception is on the 1st floor in a small room - a sign would help.On the ground floor it says that the reception is on the 1st floor - but there is no indication “where exactly”The rooms are modern and have a great color scheme.The beds are very good (still new)I wanted a room away from the elevator - and got one right next to it - as a result I heard the elevator very loudly.It's generally very noisy.The location is great - 10 minutes walk into the city.Underground car park, good access and spacious.

Caution road work! Anyone who books here must be aware that there is still construction work here. At exactly 8 a.m. the drills go off and wake you up. And plenty of it. There is no information about this on booking or check24.Next point: we looked for the hotel for about 10 minutes when we arrived. Bad signage. Very difficult to find from the street by car.Rooms are ok. But only designed for short stays. Otherwise everything is modern and new.Location itself, once you find the hotel, is good. The S-Bahn is around the corner and takes you to the center within a few minutes.

There was no option for breakfast! This should be improved as soon as possible! Otherwise good price/performance ratio! New, modern rooms. Everything was very clean, the young woman at reception was friendly. Tea, water, coffee and a kettle add to your comfort. A trash can in the room would be nice or a hygiene bin in the bathroom (there is an open "wastebasket" there). The location and the underground car park opposite also make it interesting for people who like to travel on foot or by public transport.
