We had rooms 23 and 24 on the 2nd floorRooms were visually beautifully put together. Unfortunately, the concept has not been fully thought through and it feels as if the rooms were rented out before completion. Some of the lamps are not yet hanging, cables stick out of the ceiling, the television works poorly (only sound), the blanket smells of nicotine. Pigeon nests in front of the balcony door, which is half bricked up. Could be really pretty when it's finished...Unfortunately, the extra bed we ordered for our toddler was missing and the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work either.Kitchen is in the hallway and made for two people. We took our chairs out of the room so we could have breakfast together. Unfortunately, everything is very sensitive to noise, like a shell of a building, so that the other guests feel very disturbed when you are in the hallway/kitchen. There was hardly any cutlery available and no stopper for washing up. No broom to sweep. Unfortunately, the situation on site doesn't invite you to have a nice get-together ;)In the stairwell the railing is fixed with tape and is partially splintered. It still looks like it's under renovation. Partly beautiful but not finished!The elevator is very positive :)Communication with the entrance gate was also rather difficult. There were different codes and also different safes. Better agreements would have helped here.The parking situation should have been communicated better, otherwise you would never find it. It was no problem to reach the apartment on foot.During our stay, a lamp was tightened and the television was replaced. We got another discount when paying. Unfortunately, the price of the accommodation is absolutely not appropriate. We would have gotten a hotel with breakfast for that. A lot has to change here so that you want to come back.

Very modern room with kitchen and everything. Very centrally located, the cathedral is only about 5 minutes away on foot. The only thing you can complain about is that the TV remote control didn't work 😅

We had 3 rooms. 2 were fine so far. Unfortunately, the third room wasn't cleaned properly, you could have overlooked that, but unfortunately it smelled so much of cold smoke, as did the bed linen, that it was almost impossible to sleep in. We were happy when the night was over and went straight away 7 checked out. Couldn't stay in the room for a minute longer. My companion was often a smoker herself, but even she smelled the smoke.

Price performance OK but you shouldn't look too much into the details. In the evening the heating goes off and the blankets are designed for summer. Not so great at -10°C.

Very central location and great for a weekend! The price was unbeatable.Attention, the address is not correctly placed on Google. Be sure to watch it three times in advance!!!!!👀

You have to know what you're getting into, but we were pleasantly surprised when the accommodation turned out to be nicer than in the pictures. The furnishings match and the high ceilings and large windows are very attractive. The bathroom and room seemed clean to us, but the mattresses and bed linen were a bit worse for wear.
