Had some poor experience with checking-in:- Booked the place- spent 1 hour driving there- arrived by night- the room wasn’t cleaned after previous person- called the support and the lady kindly opened another room- guess what? Also not cleaned after previous people- the alternative offered was either drive another 40 min to another city where they have some other hotel (which was not on the way) or a refund- and getting another hotel on Saturday night in this lovely city is not kinda easy as you may guess…So all of this fancy digitalizing with no keys, no reception, online registration, everything was scrapped by the cleaning staff not showing up to do their job, which is a pity

All-new built hotel a bit outside the center, easily reachable via car (parking in front of the hotel, multiple electric chargers available). Great value, good bed, well working bath facilities. The web-link to open the door is a bit slow on the first use, but response well afterwards.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Check-in is done online, and the door opens via a link. There's no breakfast provided, and the bathroom door offers no soundproofing. While there's no paper or pencil available, a refrigerator is provided. The bed and towels are clean, but there’s no air conditioning.

I do not recommend it, I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 p.m., and in the meantime I checked in online, and then I could not open the door to my room (opening the door via their website). I wrote to them for a refund and also sent such a request via Booking, but they do not respond.

The room was full of cobwebs, I had to remove some insects, there is no heating, the mattresses are very hard and the shower drain is blocked. I like the fridge and the hotplates, but there was also a lack of cutlery. The location is a little outside in the industrial area. Everything worked well with the digital door opening. But I wouldn't book a room again.

Every time to enter the hotel you have to call the staff to give them the code to the key box. Of course, if someone kindly picks up. Internet doesn't work either. People put stones under doors when they want to go to their car for a moment. The key fits all doors. So under yoursabsence, anyone from the hotel can enter your home.

I went on a motorcycle holiday in the Harz Mountains two weeks ago and booked this hotel at short notice.I didn't need much luxury, so I reduced the price while looking for a room and came across this hotel on the Internet.My partner and I were very positively surprised by the interior design and the cleanliness.The hotel is in an industrial area, but it was still very quiet.I would stay there again at any time.

We were passing through at the end of May. We were four people. There were no towels in our room. We asked our adult children in the adjoining room. Opening the rooms using the code and poorly functioning W-lan/WiFi went very poorly and was full of disruptions. There were more guests who could not get into their rooms. The emergency number was available until 10 p.m. So that we could have breakfast together, I opened the large sliding doors at the rear of the room. So we weren't left out. We do not recommend the hotel due to the risk of being locked out.

I stayed here for three nights. The rooms are modern and comfortable for two people. The cleanliness and the price are okay. The locking system worked without any problems. However, the company opposite is very loud. A room at the back is recommended. We were right at the front of the street (201). But I would take it again.

We regularly go to hotels like this for assembly, the rooms never opened with our cell phones and we sometimes spent two hours trying to reach someone to get the code for the master key. It was pure disaster, especially after a 12-hour day on the construction site. In one phone call they said there was a master pin for the whole week and in the next phone call no one knew anything about it. It's a shame, but there is clear potential for improvement. Last week I got a room that hadn't been cleaned before, but then I got a new one without any problems when I finally reached someone. Location is nice and quiet, but there could be more parking spaces.
