This hotel has an excellent location just next to the train station and in a walking distance from the city centre. It offers a good quality for a fair price. …

Cute eclectic minimalist hotel. Next to bus, train and tram. Coffee free until noon. Breakfast is pricy. The bar is supposed to be great. ||This a bed, desk, chair and bathroom. Not even a glass in the room. No kettle, microwave or fridge. A place to sleep nothing else.||The street side rooms are noisy.

Spent 1 hour checking in at 3.20am with no other customers around after a very long drive.Initially i was told nobody had a reservation and the clerk seemed unwilling to investigate. Then when I prove i have a reservation, he demands a credit card because he doesn't trust a confirmation email sent directly to me and to the hotel from Hotels.comAsk for a later check out considering I've lost 1 hours sleep to be told i have to pay extra!Really rude and strange behaviour yet claims to be polite with me. I hope that his managers can play back the video of this check in to prove the point that it was wrong from beginning to end.Blames Hotels.com and suggests i should reserve with a competitor. On departing reception to go to my room, I ask to the clerk about the free coffee that's advertised and then blames me for talking too much making a false accussation for the reason why i didn't tell him. Then when I got my key to go to my room, I discover now that the room doors don't have numbers on, at least ones that you can see! Weird!!Oh and the extortionate car parking at the rear can be saved by parking at the side of the hotel on a car park behind the bus stops and 10 spaces marked with an X if you don't mind unsecure but they won't tell you this.Seriously, look elsewhere for a hotel, especially if you want a fast check in and decent service checking in, will not be visiting again for sure. I'm a time served travel agent and expect a far higher standard for the simplest of tasks.

Dog rooms are full of dog fur, of all kind of dogs. For me traveling with a not hairy dog it was really disgusting. Service tried to chance my room but every available room was dirty. Asked them to vacuum, what they did. Had to pay for the dog either and didn’t even get any other accommodation. Got a room on the ground floor with windows on the same level like the park ground. Parking space is directly at train station and looks not secure. Of course, no change possible. Breakfast service was very good! And the hotel looks very fancy. Location good, would not go on a walk at night. Maybe the room not for dog owners are the ones with a good standard.

Business traveler, in suit and with trolley, stranded late at night in Erfurt, after the train had a heavy delay. The hotel had online availability, but sadly I waited to long and decided to book just 2 minutes past midnight - the system had changed the dates and it was impossible to book. Knowing the mother company’s service I decided to just walk up and was forced to talk to the intercom on the street despite the lobby-bar being packed with people and I could see the two people at the reception desk talking to me. They tried to make me believe there was no available room left, which was clearly wrong and just muted me and the bell, when I asked for the manager. Unbelievable! This has been the worst service ever, I have received by hotel staff.

It was a short weekend trip and we chose this Hotel as it was next to Railway station. Overall a very good experience. Its a very clean building with eye-catching interior design and colours. Rooms are nice too, even with compact size it has all that you need for a pleasant stay. They have a very calm environment inside and outside. You dont even feel that railways keep going on the back side. A bar is there 24hrs. Breakfast is full of regular choices of food. So 5/5 is the good score that justifies honestly.

Had trouble finding a place to park near the hotel, so be prepared to pay the 15€ per night for uncovered parking behind the hotel. Check-in was easy due to being a Sunday, but the staff was young and seemed bored or unhappy. The modern interior was very nice. The rooms are very small but suitable for a night or two at the most. They are definitely not soundproof, I heard the complete conversation of the man in the next room. We were on the 4th floor, so we had no one above us. Unless you are happy with the typical lunch meat, cheese, and bread breakfast, save your money. Other than boiled eggs, there are no hot breakfast items. "Update": second day they offered powdered eggs. Restaurants serving breakfast are in walking distance. The bed and shower were my favorite items here. The bed is super comfortable. Overall, I feel it's overpriced, with no water cooker for tea or coffee. No safe for valuables.

Smelly bathroom, boring room with nothing in it, pillows aren't comfy. For the price of this hotel it should've been much better than this, but this isn't really a very nice place. The only convenience is that it's right next to the train station and a quick walk to downtown Erfurt.

The hotel is close to the station and close to the city center (need to take a little walk). There is no car park, but garages are available in the area. The service is very nice. Rooms are clean, nice design and very quiet. Breakfast is tasty but no hot food or vegan milk. More vegan food please and will be five stars.
