We booked on booking at a price of RP 50,000 and when we arrived at the homestay we were told that they no longer cooperate with booking and we were charged RP 270,000 for the room when I had already paid the non-refundable RP 50,000. I don't understand if it's a scam to attract customers to this place and be forced to pay more because all the other accommodations are too far away or have a problem with the booking sites but in any case know that the prices on the sites are the wrong price per night is 270,000rp.

We represent the Management of Villa Utama and Penginapan Utama d'Alas Purwo and do not accept online bookings on all applications because our contract with OYO has ended in April 2024.Please contact the Property Manager directly.

I booked via Oyo on 24-25 August 2024. And it turned out that when I arrived at the hotel location, I was informed that I was not cooperating with Oyo.

Hostel, which is listed on Booking with a reservation and a given price. When you arrive at the Hostel, they refuse the price indicated and multiply it by three, with the explanation that they no longer want to be listed on Booking. They don't want to hear any of the explanations provided. Finally we accept the price and sleep one night. The next day we wanted to leave but we were unable to find transport and we had to return for a second night. So we come back in the evening after leaving. They offered us the same room in which we had slept and surprisingly, the sheets were not changed, the bathroom and the room were not cleaned….Be careful, if you are not transported, it is very difficult to leave this place. We managed to get to the site because the manager told us to come by grab. Here again we had the impression of being taken for fools. To leave, he offered us a taxi three times more expensive than the price of Grab.

Seriously......an unforgettable experience, how could it not be? 16:30 WIB I booked for 2 rooms at a distance of 46 km from Banyuwangi City because the next day we wanted to go to Alas Purwo, Pulau Merah and stop by a college friend first but after After traveling for about 1.5 hours, we arrived and when we got there we were greeted well by Mr. Hadi (security).The village atmosphere was very strong, the room exceeded my expectations because we booked via Traveloka for only 47 thousand/km, the swimming pool was quite good and the place was actually comfortable, but everything was damaged because according to Mr. Hadi, the hotel was no longer collaborating with Traveloka.And if we still wanted to stay overnight, we were charged 275 thousand/kmr, so with a heavy heart our family and I left the hotel to return to Banyuwangi City.Please ask Traveloka to update which hotels are no longer collaborating so that they are no longer posted on the application.Tired, annoyed, disappointed, angry etc. mixed into one.
