The best thing about this place is its location; just a few minutes walk to the beach. Other than that, it's average at best. The rooms were clean, but the service left a lot to be desired. The bed had nice linens, but no pillows!  …

Terrible hotel service. The lady at the reception is not suitable for working in a hotel... rather on a construction site or in a prison. Breakfast is from 8.30 to 10, so while you were swallowing cold scrambled eggs at 9.47 (as you informed us), we had 13 minutes for the entire meal because she closes at 10 because she has other work. The coffee machine with a full container of grounds at 9:55 made it impossible for us to make coffee... that didn't bother you. However, at 10 o'clock you have to leave for breakfast.The Internet on the second floor was very poor... unable to log in and perform basic activities on the computer. I go downstairs to the living room where the internet is (probably) better. And here I am again confronted by the lady who hangs over me and tells me that she is cleaning the place and will close it soon and that I should leave.The service was very unpleasant, terrible. I tried to report it to the hotel manager, but he doesn't answer and when I asked him to contact me and call me back (sent via text message), there was no response.POORLY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We received a room on the top floor and there was no elevator in the building. There was an unpleasant smell in the room that was very bothersome. The bed was small and uncomfortable, which further deteriorated our comfort. After only 30 minutes we decided to leave the hotel. We asked the owner to refund at least half of the amount paid, but she refused. We lost PLN 1,800, but we didn't want to spoil our vacation by staying in this place. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you come for breakfast halfway through the specified time, the selection is very limited, you have to make do with leftovers, the service is like a punishment, and the overall atmosphere is deathly. Apart from that, the location and the facility itself are ok. Cleanliness is ok. We will probably choose another facility next time.
