Apartment Thalia in the attic was an imposition for us personally. It may be that healthy people have less of a problem with this. But for me, with high blood pressure, heart failure and asthma, it was almost unbearable. We spent most of our vacation alternating in other hotels.Room temperature in the apartment under the roof between 28° and 32° degrees. Windows could hardly be darkened at night due to very permeable and thin curtains. Bed narrow and sagging. In the bathroom you could hear a constant loud humming noise as soon as you turned on the light. A feeling like at the airport!The price is cheap at just under 100 euros a day, but what use is that when you're absolutely exhausted.The reception and farewell were very friendly. Room cleaning was agreed but unfortunately forgotten. However, it was rescheduled upon subsequent request.We have already stayed in another house from this provider. Unfortunately there is a world of difference between this and that in terms of quality.

We had an attic apartment. Overall, there wasn't much space with enough height to stand; you could only take a shower while sitting in the bathtub. Reception opening times do not match the times stated in the email.

Villa Ikarus is a beautiful villa with large windows and great high ceilings. Our 1-room apartment IK11 had everything you needed. It has a great view of old trees and other villas. The beach is just a few meters away. There are some restaurants and shopping options nearby. The staff in the service office was very friendly and accommodating. We recommend! !

We stayed in the DG room 16 for 1 week. As soon as we arrived, the shower cubicle was broken, had only been repaired in a makeshift manner and was only usable to a limited extent after it was repaired again. In the bedroom the height of the head was so low that one could only get into bed while bent over. In addition, you couldn't open a window in the bedroom. Luckily we weren't here in midsummer. The floor was also pretty worn. The only good thing was the large roof terrace and the spacious living room. Overall, the whole villa could be renovated.But Heringsdorf is worth a trip if you ignore the completely overpriced accommodation.

Nice and quiet location and still only 300m to the promenade and 400m to the Baltic Sea. The attic apartment is slightly warm in summer 😂 but you can make yourself comfortable on the small roof terrace.

We had a holiday apartment in Villa Ikarus for 10 days, directly under the roof - accessible via 60 steps. Unfortunately, the inventory was pretty shabby, some things, such as kitchen utensils, urgently need to be replaced (cutting boards).There is no oven in the kitchen of Apartment 16!The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired, and it could use some painting - a little paint sometimes works wonders.But what should urgently be improved is the possibility of darkening the bedroom - this is not available - a no go!The positive thing is the good location, short distances to the center of Heringsdorf and the beach.

Positive facts- It is a beautiful villa (inside and outside)- You get 2 keys (if your partner/grandson/son wants to do something different-In the villa hallway there is information material about everything you can visit, for example Karl's strawberry farm-The other guests were all very friendlyGeneral fact:-The construction workers who are currently doing the road are quiet and work is rareNegative facts:-few parking spaces-If you want to watch TV, some channels are gone, e.g. RTL and Sat1
