The staff was very friendly and our wishes were fulfilled.I got my own room even though only one was booked, so it was completely spontaneous. Food was very tasty. The view was also very nice from the terrace and the surroundings were also very interesting

The hotel is a bit out of the way, which we really like because we don't live in one of those anonymous bunkers and here the guest is seen as a person and not as a room number.Furthermore, we are a little away from the rushed-looking tourists. The way to the beach promenade can be done at a leisurely pace in about 30 minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel where a bus also goes there. The food and breakfast are delicious. There is a free parking lot at the hotel, free Wi-Fi, basically everything a guest could want. We'd love to come back.

A very familiar place to relax and slow down. About 15 minutes, depending on how fast you are, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. You can quickly reach the beach on foot or by bike. In the surrounding area there are many paths around the two lakes, located to the left and right of the main road, to switch off.

It's a really nice hotel with great service. The hotel is a family business. The rooms are great, very clean, the beds are comfortable and the mattresses are not worn out. The food is really good, there is everything you can imagine. The hotel has a large parking lot and a nice outdoor area with a pool. If you're on vacation or just want to spend a few quiet days on the weekend, you're in great hands there. The Bergmühle also has a small wellness area with a sauna and whirlpool and offers a shuttle service.I like going there with my family!

Our room was a disaster. Next door back entrance. Feels like every 3 minutes. Loud rumbling of the door. Loud dogs howled and there was loud cheering next door for half the night. There were frozen rolls for breakfast. Breakfast wasn't ready at 8 a.m. Everything was missing. We won't be coming back.

We deliberately went to the Mühlenrestaurant with our friends because we were a larger group [8 people in total, 4 adults, 4 children 2 x 15 years, 6 and 2 years]. We were hoping to find a place there with the group. When asked if there was still a table available for 8, they just said: "Then go take a look." OK. We did that and pushed two tables together. The restaurant was empty inside. There were 2-3 tables occupied outside. Now about our displeasure. We have 3 x schnitzel, 1 x pasta as a children's dish, 1 x fish, 2 x minced steak (called frikadelle or boulette in plain German, that's how it arrived). A robber plate was ordered for the little one. When the two minced steaks came, one had the wrong side dishes. I complained about this straight away. After what felt like an eternity later the meatball came and it was also black. Just like the first. We didn't say anything. My meatball was topped with fried eggs so you couldn't see the black part. The eggs were not part of the dish. I brought the plate straight to the kitchen, whereupon the waitress asked: "What's wrong?" When the waitress asked me if I would like to order something else, I said no. The others had already finished their food. The little child's plate came after everyone was almost finished. Something like that doesn't work at all. I tried to talk to the waiter in a sensible and calm way. Comment: "I'm not the cook". Including eye rolling. Something like that just doesn't work. This waiter is an imposition. He doesn't support his employer at all. We go out to eat often, be it privately or professionally, but we have never experienced anything like this. The mill restaurant is NOT recommended!!!!!! And then people on the island are surprised that holidaymakers no longer go out to eat, but prefer snacks. Read it on the internet today.

Once again we had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the balcony was very large, the staff and the boss were very friendly. The food is delicious. Good service.A beautiful location with many lakes. The hotel is on the main street but it is not noisy in the rooms. We'd love to come back
