Rooms nice and clean. About a 10-minute walk to the beach and promenade. Very close to Biedronka and Mamma Mia pizzeria. The downside is any lack of service. There was one and a half rolls of paper in the room for a two-week stay for three people. However, overall we were pleased with our stay

overall, very nice service, but you can't really talk about rest, various noises that get louder after 10 p.m. make it difficult to fall asleep. However, if someone came to explore and not stay in a room 24/7, it's ok.

I am disgusted with my stay, please do not take rooms no. 9, 10, 11, they are rented for a higher price - they are apartments, but they are far from this type of accommodation. A small fridge in the closet (are these available in the apartments). I was there in winter, the heating is turned off during the day. I did not receive an invoice for the stay and it was stated that I should ask for it, which I think is the landlord's obligation to give it to the client without asking. Access to television is limited due to interference or its complete absence. To my question about the lack of television, I received the answer, "...I don't know why it is like that." Even though it's December, I found summer remnants in the form of sand in the sliding wardrobe. No kitchenette (it's probably standard equipment in the apartment). I will never go there again, if you can, take advantage of other offers.

Never again !! We slept on the lower floor, where you have to go downstairs, only to have mosquitoes and pay so much money and then in the basement for a week, now there are better places

Never again!! Cannot be reached on site or by phone or email. However, Booking.com was strangely able to reach an employee. I think I was blocked after a few phone calls because there were problems.We were also able to make the acquaintance of an employee who I can only say was very unfriendly.The shower wasn't really functional either. A pure disappointment.But the area we were in was incredibly beautiful.

Great spot. A room with a separate bathroom and a kitchen with a small dining room. Blissful peace. 15 minutes to the beach. Also to the center. Świnoujście is a beautiful city

Great place. I have been coming to Świnoujście for over 18 years. First to the camping site, and for 14 years to Villa Irena. I recommend.

I recommend. Very nice hosts, quiet area 1.1 km from the sea, all shops very close. We spent a successful 2 weeks there.

They accept reservations for one day, clean, cozy. I recommend it 100 percent. A kilometer walk to the sea in beautiful surroundings.
