This year I was on holiday in Świnoujście with my family and it wasn't the first time, so I can compare it with other villas where I stayed during the holidays. In my opinion, the best place I have been to is affordable and the rooms are very nice with a terrace overlooking the park where you can sit in silence in the morning and drink coffee, and most importantly, there is no problem with the arrival of animals and not only dogs, for example I was a guinea pig. I recommend this villa if someone likes peace and quiet, the sea is about 200 meters away

I was at the facility at the end of July. In terms of location and service, Mrs. Agnieszka was 5 stars. As for room no. 4, I have a few comments: firstly, the mattresses are suitable for immediate replacement in my opinion, the springs are so worn out that you can feel them in your back, and 75% of a good rest is a good sleep, secondly, the leaking shower cabin needs to be removed after each shower. it was necessary to collect water from the floor because there were puddles of water on the floor, it's good that Mrs. Agnieszka thought about a mop and a bucket so that there would be something and for what to collect this water and the last thing is the fridge that is always on, which not only works like an old tractor, but before it turns off eternity passes. Generally speaking, as far as I'm concerned, the price for the day I was there is not adequate to the standard.

Good location, close to beaches, restaurants, cheap dining, downtown, ferry, and the main park is generally nearby, you can get there from the backyard.

So I don't know which rooms the others had, but we are absolutely satisfied. Big, clean, nice and everything you need is there.Location ideal, only parking is a real problem, but the accommodation can't do anything about that. We are definitely satisfied. And there was even a bottle of champagne in the room, probably because of New Year's Eve. In any case, we were very pleased.Yes, it's noisy, but that's not a bad thing either. WiFi is available and sufficient.Unfortunately only Polish channels, but that's the case elsewhere too. You're not here to watch TV.

As for the owner, she is a very haughty, arrogant and unrepresentative person. Zero Culture!!!!!!And so worldly!!!The room is dark, dirty, the light bulbs are of the lowest power, the curtains are thin and you can see everything through them. You have to change clothes without lights, otherwise everything can be seen from the street!!!The bathroom is so small that a tall man has trouble turning around, let alone the toilet. There are no shelves or anything to put anything on!!Dirty plates, glasses etc and not enough, no cloth, nothing. There's mold in the closet!!!!!!The amount for the stay is collected by the cleaning lady, without an invoice!!!!WiFi not working. Complaints have no effect.Just a dump, not for little money and, on top of that, the owner, a grand lady who makes money. The guy is worthless!!!!The reviews on booking may also be the same. Please read the owner's responses carefully. It doesn't fit in my head. !!!!!!!!I do not recommend it and in fact I warn against this macabre!!!!!!!!!!

Nice and clean rooms with bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, heating plate and all the necessary equipment. Nice location, close to a grocery store, bike rental and the beach.

1 star is 1 star too many. Price-performance is not right at all. The room was dirty. Kettle, microwave just disgusting. Complaints are ignored. An employee lives under the roof, but she is not responsible for anything (I'm not the boss),except taking money. We left early and luckily everyone is still healthy. When there is a recession, be sure to press “Latest”.And all of this under the umbrella of Booking.com. They think it's all normal.Never again. Neither accommodation nor Booking.com

Everything would be fine if it weren't for the linen inserts and bed mattresses. Stained/dirty just thinking about it makes me feel bad. Having this form of income, I am surprised by such an approach. Once a year, everything should be repaired or replaced. What I saw disgusted me, I was completely dissatisfied with hygiene, and I wiped the dust off the bed myself with baby wipes.

The only advantage of this place is a very good location close to the promenade and the sea. There are no curtains on the windows, which makes it very stuffy and hot in the room, and everything can be seen from the balconies next door. The bedding is old and washed, as are the towels. Very noisy fridge. The balcony is dirty, grass grows between the tiles. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and a broken shower cabin. I do not recommend
