We booked apartment 5 for 1 week through Booking and were not disappointed. Everything was very tidy and clean, there was a starter pack for the kitchen and more than enough towels were provided. We didn't notice the Greek restaurant downstairs at all, it was very quiet. The location is great, parking directly in the property and 100m to the beach. Approx. 200m to the Rewe. What surprised us most was the equipment; there were more than enough plates, cutlery and pots. Overall, a great apartment!

The villa is centrally located, the furnishings are getting old. But you have peace and quiet. There are enough dishes, but we didn't always have them. All in all we really liked it. We had also booked the use of the swimming pool at the Hotel zur Post. We would do it that way again and again.

This is the WHG. 05. When we arrived at the apartment there was an unpleasant, stale smell of food that had permeated all the rooms. There is a Greek restaurant directly below the apartment, which is where the smells came from. A device from the restaurant kitchen would turn on at regular intervals (refrigeration or extractor hood?), which caused a constant humming noise in the apartment. Therefore, rest and relaxation was not possible. The manager of the restaurant had to be made clear several times that there was a night's rest regime that he also had to adhere to. After that it became quieter. When contacting the rental office, you got the impression that they knew about the circumstances in the apartment, but were very anxious to get a small financial compensation. Contact with the direct owner remained unanswered, which does not necessarily reflect professionalism. The apartment itself is clean and well furnished, but you get the impression that you don't care about the actual circumstances and just want to make money. By chance it became known that other previous tenants had already pointed out the inconvenience. It's a shame that these facts have greatly reduced the value of the apartment and the vacation.

Nice little rooftop apartment. Ideal for a small family with 1 or 2 children. A bit warm in the summer. But if you open all the windows to ventilate it is very pleasant. Also super close to the beach. I would definitely like to book this apartment again.

We ended up in the back building, an absolute disaster. The mattresses were totally dirty and there was hardly any space on the terrace. The table and chairs take up all the available space. The laminate is extremely scratched, the wallpaper has been painted or scratched on in an amateurish manner. In some rooms there is no privacy screen, even though the other apartments are directly opposite. The lower bedrooms cannot be darkened either. All in all dirty and poorly cleaned. Dust and dirt as far as the eye can see.The landlord promises to remedy the situation, but nothing happens. The house is totally overpriced for its condition and isn't even worth half the price.Apparently up to 12 people can sleep here. Have fun with a shower for everyone and a fridge so small that it would fit 2-3 people.A well-planned family vacation ends in disappointment.

Villa Malve rear building in dire need of renovationI am very disappointed with this house. It is in great need of renovation. The basics are missing, the beds all creak! The attic with 4 beds is totally overheated. The terrace cannot be used properly due to an oversized table and no roof. When it rains you have to go into the very spartan living room. Feel-good number on vacation is zero! There is a hotel next to it with a delivery entrance. The pictures on the Internet do not match reality!

We stayed here for 5 nights and were thrilled by how family-friendly it was. There are even games on site, children's toys, plastic dishes and much more. The place itself is also great! We looked at many places here and Bansin is simply the most beautiful place in the area. You can reach the sea in just a few steps. We visited Villa Malve in February and the price was completely reasonable.Everything you need is there in the accommodation and there is almost nothing to complain about.Everything works wonderfully. There are only a few points deducted in terms of cleanliness. We had dirty dishes here and there, and sticky stains in the closet and a few other little things on the beds.We reported this and it will definitely be fixed (of course we simply cleaned the dishes and stains). However, I don't think that's a bad thing, because it's a holiday apartment and there wasn't a huge "no go" in terms of cleanliness. We would come back.

We lived in apartment 7, which is completely worn out. The sofa bed is full of dirt stains, the pans and pots are disgusting, they are old, dirty, dirty and scratched, cobwebs with insects everywhere in the apartment,Cleanliness???Even the empties from the previous tenant were still in the closet, the window was covered in handprints.Once and never again
