I was there for a seminar. The site is on the edge of Zinnowitz, in the forest. The town and beach are about 10 minutes away. There was a wide selection of food and all possible allergies were catered for. The rooms are cozy (designed like in youth hostels) and have an attached bathroom. However, there are a lot of insects in the rooms, which didn't bother anyone here.Since it is a Catholic house, a service or other program is offered daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Thank you for the lovely stay!

We spent a wonderful 13 days here with our 2 children. Our room was spacious and clean. We were able to sleep very well in the beds. I think it's good that towels aren't changed every day and cleaning doesn't want to come into the rooms every day. I find that very sustainable. The food was very varied and of very high quality. We particularly liked the long breakfast, which then turns into brunch. I particularly like the fact that I was able to put together my own salads and also choose the dressing. The staff in the kitchen work very sustainably and also try out many new dishes (vegetarian). The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We have not regretted our choice of this house in any way. The private beach can be reached in a few minutes through the forest. There is a lot of space there to play and relax and you can be among yourself there. We can only warmly recommend this house and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday here! Visitors can expect half board here with a lunch snack at a great level! The many wonderful offers for children and young people are also to be praised. And all of this at a really fair price in an idyllic setting!

I've been to St.otto twice now with my school class. Once in Haus Bonifatius and once in Haus Katharina, both houses are rather mediocrely equipped and the rooms in Haus Bonifatius don't even have their own bathroom. The food is also rather mediocre, although this is a matter of taste.Unfortunately, the rooms weren't clean both times, there was blood on the pillows and the bed/blanket covers were broken. There are also a lot of small animals such as mosquitoes, etc.The area offers many opportunities to play/move around freely. However, I think it's a shame that the soccer field floor is made of gravel, precisely because there is a higher risk of injury there. All in all, I hope I don't have to come back.

Went here for the gospel concert and we all really enjoyed it. The young singers from Meissen presented a great program. The entire area of the house is also very beautiful. I can always recommend it, there are also various rooms available for family celebrations.

It's always a pleasure to come to St. Otto. The friendly staff at the reception, in the kitchen, and the housekeeping staff, fulfill all wishes if possible. The proximity to the Baltic Sea and the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz make you quickly forget everyday life. The accommodation is ideal for group trips, and the existing church also invites you to linger and pray. We felt very comfortable, especially the food in the restaurant is excellent, the price-performance ratio goes far beyond the normal, for this great quality at breakfast, lunch and dinner it is almost unusual how much it costs, it is so cheap hardly any such diversity anymore. We will be happy to come back

The kitchen ladies are very nice. The food is excellent. It's a nice place to stay and definitely worth vacationing there. It is also relatively close to the beach. There is also a playground at the back, where the forest almost begins. It's not too remote from the city either. Highly recommended.

The rooms are actually well tidy/cleaned. However, there are some stains on the wall and ceiling. The parking space is usually sufficient, but there may be problems parking at peak times. The food is ok, but the selection is relatively small. The path to the beach is ok, it goes through the forest and you walk through the sand, where there are often twigs and horse droppings. This takes about 15 minutes. The route into town is very good. The hotel's own beach is excellent. The beach belongs to the city, but an area of the beach is owned by this house, which is why you can almost always get a spot on the beach, almost no matter how late you show up on the beach. The staff is friendly. The area behind the houses is quite large, there is a soccer field, a playground and I think also a fire pit. This is very suitable for families with children. Now the two biggest criticisms:1. The WLAN or the network. You can buy the WiFi password for 2 euros/7 days, which is really a bargain, but the reception in most houses here is simply not available, even in the reception there is only 1 bar. It is similar with the mobile data network. You have an electric network, if you're lucky you have 4G with one bar.2. The guests. The house can't really help it, but the noise is almost unbearable. There is either screaming and running inside the house or outside, on the very large grounds. That may be bearable if you're part of such a free time/preparation time, but if you just want to relax in the house for a short time, that's difficult to do. You can't close the window because it would get too warm.Since the price is comparatively very low, especially during the Corona period, this is another plus point. Conclusion: Well suited for leisure/preparation times and families with more than 2 children, it's fine for everyone else too, as long as you only stay here to sleep and eat (morning and evening) and don't want/need to be pampered with too much luxury .
