Very good location. Our apartment was very nice and clean. I can highly recommend it. I had to deduct a star. The parking garage for the car was 10 minutes away. Very poorly built parking garage. Everything is super tight. Dogs are allowed

We were on vacation as a family in Heringsdorf for a week. Our holiday apartment was on Delbrückstraße 7, Apartment 125.It was a very nice apartment, clean and also a pleasant atmosphere. We can only recommend this.Unfortunately, there is only the possibility of loading and unloading in front of the house. Because of this, we took advantage of the parking garage offered. It's an 8 minute walk away, which is totally fine. You just have to be careful in the parking garage. It is built very narrowly, so you can easily damage the tires or rims.

We have been regular customers in the Delbrück villas for around 20 years. Unfortunately, the quality has continued to deteriorate over the years. We just stayed in apartment 231 for 3 days. A quick conclusion: side tables are used to support the sofa bed because it is unstable; a drawer in the bedside cabinet falls apart; one curtain is completely missing and others are only partially attached; Remote control - battery empty, the refrigerator door and other cupboard doors are stiff/unstable and need to be adjusted or replaced; the balcony is very dirty and has not been cleaned. We found the contamination of the parapets with bird droppings particularly annoying (especially the window to the right of the kitchen). The bird droppings have not been removed there for years. Years ago we were always given a very friendly welcome, and this was also the case now. However, a red note was already attached to one of our cars (after our car had been parked for about 50 minutes for loading and unloading) stating that we had not responded to several notices and that the vehicle was being towed away. There appeared to be a mix-up, but we found this difficult when dealing with customers. Overall, the Delbrück villas and especially the interiors urgently need to be modernized. At the moment the price-performance ratio is not right! We won't be coming back!

We were in the Kaiservillan for the first time and were super satisfied. The only real problem was that all 3 houses had to use 1 bicycle cellar and that was why it was very full, as well as 2 washing machines, which is also a bit little for all the houses...Parking isn't really a problem because the lady at reception gave us a good address to park in. The man in the parking lot was very nice... but would book again...

Simply great. 😃 We have rarely received such a great overall package. The service was hard to beat, from arrival to room service to an excellent breakfast buffet and great cuisine for dinner. The direct view of the Baltic Sea makes it more fun. The sauna area is very nice, with the opportunity to cool down outside. Gladly again and thanks to the team!!!

We rented a holiday apartment on the Heringsdorf pier. This was really nice - a little more expensive, but everything was right.We didn't regret anything.Also an extremely friendly lady when handing over the keys.Was perfect.

Searched for and found accommodation for a long weekend!Arrived, got the key and the parking card for a parking garage.A little far away and paid €10 per day.Unpacked: Let the vacation begin!The apartment 213, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway and a balcony are very comfortable. Everything you need for your daily routine is there.The balcony, with table, 4 chairs plus cushions. Had breakfast there every morning. Splendid!We were impressed by the proximity to the sea, the pier and the promenade. Everything can be reached quickly.Gardens also well maintained.We'd love to come back.

It was very, very comfortable and functional. We were given a parking ticket for the parking garage, which was only a few minutes' walk away. The location is very central to the pier. Definitely 100 percent recommendation. We didn't use the WiFi, so I can't say anything about it.

We have been on the pier at least twice a year for 25 years, mostly on the S11. We love her. After the two-year renovation, we were really looking forward to the next booking. The apartments have been completely renovated, very nicely and comfortably furnished. However, we just wished for a new bed, otherwise everything was perfect. Previously there were 2 doors in the entrance area, so to speak you had a separate hallway and then the second door led into the living room. That was great and so sound-absorbing. Nowadays the door has unfortunately been removed and so we are awake every day on vacation (!!) at 7 a.m. sharp because you can now hear the cleaning machine in the lower passage area very loudly, even during the day the loud hustle and bustle in the passage... barking , children crying, screaming... everything. When you go to the bathroom in the evening, you can see a centimeter-wide beam of light from outside shining through under the door. Unfortunately, the bathtub has also disappeared from the bathroom. That was always very nice after a day on the rough, cold sea. The bathroom was huge, now there is a thick wall in the middle of the bathroom that separates the toilet and sink from the shower. The shower is very nice, but heavier people have the radiator on their thighs when they sit and toilet paper is difficult to access. I think the expensive architects certainly haven't tested "their work" personally. But nonetheless, we always enjoy coming here, the view is just too beautiful. You sit on the balcony and you can see the full life outside, the music from the park, the people strolling and the sea that you can see and hear roaring. We love it despite the flaws that have now arisen. The service is always perfect, everything is super clean and if you make a request in the service office, they are always taken care of in a friendly and caring manner!! Thanks for that!!

The Delbrück villas have a great location and are right on the promenade. Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing. We had room 103. The houses look very good and well maintained from the outside. Unfortunately this is not the case in the rooms. The floor was dirty when we arrived, so we had to sweep it first. The beds are so worn out that real hollows can be seen. The shower drain is clogged so there is a flood every time I shower. The surfaces of the kitchen cabinets are full of grease. Apparently no one has ever wiped it. The dishes are just thrown together randomly. In general, the equipment is probably still original and therefore very outdated. It's a real shame because the accommodation isn't exactly cheap.
