My daughter and I have been to this facility twice. Everything complies with the description and photos that can be seen on the official website. The owner is a very friendly and communicative person, he takes care of the customer from the moment of booking, through arrival and stay, until departure. Mr. Ireneusz will tell you where to eat, what to visit and see, and even how to get to a given place, he will show you the right bus or give you the number for a cheaper taxi. You will also receive a map of Świnoujście and be shown around the facility, so you will not feel lost.The facility itself is located in a quiet, peaceful area. There are several shops nearby (Żabka, Biedronka, Lidl), bars and restaurants. From this point it is about a kilometer to the beach and the center. We had a white room with a fridge, dishes and cutlery, and even a small clothes dryer. Contrary to some opinions that have appeared here, both the room and the bathroom are equipped with hooks, and clean, folded duvet covers are placed on the bed so that there is no doubt about their freshness. The room, the entire house and the yard are kept impeccably clean. Even the garbage bins in the yard have descriptions to facilitate waste segregation. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchenette with a stove, microwave and kettle. At the back of the building there is a garden with beautiful roses and a gazebo. The price is adequate to the conditions. We'll probably come here again :)

I am delighted with the place and the hosts. The description of the rental offer is unbelievably consistent with reality. Beautifully and comfortably furnished rooms, there is everything needed by vacationers who come here to relax. Moreover, cleanliness, as you can see, is an important asset of the hosts. I also liked the surroundings of the house. Especially the beautiful garden full of well-kept greenery; flowers, bushes, trees. There is also a gazebo and the possibility of grilling. However, a very valuable addition to this description is the possibility of parking on the property. The hosts are very nice, they will give you advice and tell you where you can eat the best and healthy food or shop. They will even show you where to go if something disturbing is happening to your car. In one word, caring for the guest at every step. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone. And a direct conversation with Mr. Ireneusz can encourage anyone to come there, and I assure you that he is a man with a timeless approach to people in general. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A nice and well-kept garden, full of greenery and blooming roses. There are bicycle racks on the property. The room equipment is as described on the website. Very good contact with the owner. We received a map of the city and information about the location of nearby shops, bars and places worth visiting.

A great week in Świnoujście.The location of the rooms is perfect. Close to the beach and shops (Żabka, Biedronka). The church is two houses away (the bells and chimes are lowered and do not disturb anyone).Rooms and bedding clean and fragrant. The design may not be the newest, but it is functional. It is clear that the hosts are investing in the facility. Well-kept garden with a gazebo and other tables and chairs.Bazyli the cat, the king of the yard, sometimes appeared and even let me pet him.The host has a bit of a problem when it comes to waste segregation, but kudos to him for that. He is cordial and helpful.
