Based on my own experience, I strongly advise against staying at this center for people who have spine problems and are counting on relaxing massages. This is the worst side of a sanatorium stay in the Baltic Sea. The lady from office 35 limits the massage to touching various points with her finger and stroking, which, instead of any relaxation, brings maximum frustration and muscle tension. When checking the card (without performing the procedure because it is impossible to bear it), the lady allows herself to lecture the patient full of arrogance and does not allow the thought that the patient has the right to his feelings, trying at all costs to bring him out of balance . Such treatments are fictitious treatments paid for by the National Health Fund. When the doctor asks for help, he also spreads his hands wide, claiming that he can't do anything here. The patient is generally left alone in such a helpless situation that even the efforts of other staff members (they are so dedicated to their work and patients) are unable to erase the very negative memories of the stay and result in a higher overall rating for the long-awaited stay. Massage ladies have a very poor memory and determine the overall rating of the center.I definitely don't recommend it.

Massages in room 35 are a failure, a waste of time and nerves, the National Health Fund should not pay it from our taxes, the food is good and sufficient, the rooms are from the 1970s, need a major renovation, some windows are missing one pane, the hinges and locks on the windows do not work, they are held down with a string so that they don't fly out, the corridors from the 2nd floor to the canteen on the ground floor can be cleaned of dirt with a spatula, the service of treatments is not very flexible, the programming of treatments is artificially intelligent, e.g.Of course, some of the staff are great and make up for with their facial expressions what the AI did not predict, and some are completely unaware of the needs and how to make life easier for patients, and I do not greet them...The location has to make up for all the shortcomings and that's what I want to mentionGreetings to all the staff who know how to smile at patients, it is invaluable in rehabilitation for elderly patients and overworked contributors.

Good morning, I am currently at the Bałtyk Spa Hospital in Świnoujście, the location is great, the staff is great and the trainees are very nice. The home cooking is very delicious, the rooms are clean, I think there is nothing to complain about and it is not my first stay in the sanatorium so I recommend it and greet all the staff

The most important wealth is the wonderful, friendly nursing staff and young people educated in physiotherapy, knowledgeable in rehabilitation procedures, who care about work and want to work to help our sick. Accommodation in a health resort needs a quick complete renovation because the shape of the building is beautiful. I am here from March 26 to April 16, 2024. The food is tasty and sufficient.

I was the last turnus of 2023. I do not agree with some of the opinions of people who spoke negatively.Of course, the building is old and could use some investment. But inside it is clean and tidy. Rehabilitation, canteen on site (in some centers you have to go there). To sum up, the ladies at the reception are fine regardless of the shift, Rehabilitation without any reservations, you can even praise it, the food is sufficient, the service is nice. Of course, there are complaints in the opinions that they are picky, but this is from the National Health Fund, not Hilton, but they pay accordingly.Greetings to all the staff.

Old and rotten rooms with hanging windows, no driveway for guests. Toilets for healthy people, an elevator to the second floor, rude and rude staff who feed goats and not serve sick people. This facility is not worthy of being called a post-hospital treatment building where disabled and sick patients stay because it does not meet the standards of post-hospital treatment.

Treatments and meals on site, food like in a sanatorium, decent rooms, although the bathroom has no curtain in the shower. The facility is located on the promenade, so a great location. A small minus is that you can't take advantage of excursions, but that's no surprise since it's a hospital and not an ordinary sanatorium. I highly recommend it!

Hello, the Bałtyk sanatorium in Świnoujście, the facility is clean, PRL Gierek, come back, the reception staff are terribly rude, treatments, time stolen from 15 to 7 minutes, for everything, illegal fees, e.g. TV or kettle, no common room for a week, 0 replacement of e.g. towels. The elevator only appears to exist from 1 to 2 floor - I don't recommend it to anyone who chooses to stay here
