We had a wonderful holiday in this peaceful and happy location only a few minutes away from the lovely beach. We highly recommend staying in the "Villa Anna" in Zinnowitz. It is perfect for a family holiday !

Even the contact was very unfriendly, the landlady simply hung up when I asked questions.There is only 1 bedroom and NOT 2 as stated. There are bits and bobs everywhere. Everything dusty. There is dirt in every corner. I'm really not picky, but that's not possible. And that for 200€/night. There is a very unpleasant smell in the hallway, and the towels smell the same way. I have actually NEVER experienced anything like this. To date, I have not received an invoice despite promise. I strongly advise you to book this accommodation.

The cleanliness left something to be desired, when the craftsman came and cleaned up all the dirt, nothing was removed. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are difficult for limousines to navigate. I wouldn't recommend the accommodation for families with small children as it was too dirty and there weren't enough toys. Unfortunately, the kitchen didn't really work either.

The apartment was not clean. The bathroom wasn't cleaned but the lady collected a 90 euro cleaning fee. The parking lot is narrow and you have to park behind someone else, so you are often blocked.

Very nice holiday resort for couples and families. Not far to the center and beach.The apartment is huge. Everything is there - almost like at home. Use of the garden is possible, for example for breakfast.The owner is very nice.Problem: Parking shortage, if more than 2 apartments are occupied, you have to stand behind each other. Bathroom is also large - but be careful - tiles are slippery and there is no shower curtain or similar.Gladly again!

In Villa Anna you feel at home from the first minute. The individual furnishings, the many photos on the walls, the inherited crockery and the furniture with history make this holiday apartment so special.The sea is just a short walk through the forest, and restaurants, supermarkets and other shops can also be reached just down the hill in a few minutes.There is fairy-tale peace and quiet up there and you can use the garden.You only have to agree with the other tenants about the parking spaces because there are two vehicles parked behind each other.The landlady is very friendly and always available, gives good tips and can tell you a lot about her house and the island.We felt we were in good hands, had a great rest and want to come back!

Overall, the apartment was nice and the landlady was very nice, and the location is also great. The kitchen is well equipped, but many utensils such as the kettle were heavily calcified. The dishwasher also struggled with the lime water and glasses came out dirtier than they were put in. The cleanliness was okay. A lot of the furniture is already getting old and some of it is already broken. The bathroom was also quite simple and only had a shower curtain that was a little too short. That's why it was regularly under water if you weren't careful.So there are a number of smaller construction sites but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. In the morning you could have a leisurely breakfast in the sun in the large living room before heading to the beach. Very cozy and spacious apartment with friendly hostess. We'd love to come back!
