I've never experienced such breathtaking rudeness anywhere in the world. The receptionist (an old lady) arbitrarily decided on her own that she will not process any of our charge cards - that were used successfully to make the reservation - …

Off season, so the restaurant is empty. But the Zanderfilet, which they allowed me to have with broccoli and grilled salad side without question, was absolutely delicious. It didn't LOOK especially great on the platter but would come back for the taste and for the great ocean view.

Unfortunately, a very nice week has come to an end. We felt very comfortable again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were a bit stressful, with so much on offer you didn't know what to eat. Everything was fresh and very tasty prepared. The house is highly recommended all around.

We only went to the restaurant to eat. Luxurious but relatively inexpensive. Great service and friendly service. TheWe only found the restaurant by chance. But highly recommended.

The hotel has a nice location and offers views of the Baltic Sea, provided you have booked a corresponding room. There were 2 dirty and rusty chairs on the balcony, which was unreasonable given the price of the room. The breakfast was rich and attractively presented. The tables were carefully and cleanly set - kudos to the restaurant manager - and the service was mostly careful and friendly. Unfortunately, there was one exception who stood out because of his aloof behavior.Contrary to the menu choice stated in the contract, there was a daily buffet. That was a shame, as we had seen the attractively prepared plates from previous visits and had been looking forward to them. Starters and desserts could neither meet our expectations in terms of taste nor selection. The main courses were good in quality and taste, although the side dishes offered were often strange.Overall, the stay in Bansin was nice, but the promenade hotel should train employees (including at the reception) better in terms of customer friendliness.

We haven't stayed at the Admiral yet, but we really enjoy using the restaurant. Very tasty dishes paired with really attentive service. The large panoramic windows offer a view of the vastness of the Baltic Sea. Or you can just relax on the terrace and listen to the waves and seagulls. We really enjoy being at the Admiral and are really looking forward to our next culinary visit.
