Booked over Airbnb and stayed here with my wife and 2 Dogs. In Airbnb wasnt written that dogs cost a extra fee, but this was alright for us. When we left we cleaned everything up, but at the end they complained that we left a mess, which we didnt. they also tried to charge us 60€ extra over Airbnb. Sadly we didnt took any picture when we left the apartment.I can not recommed this people for dog owners, better look somewhere else.CheersMarcelThen Upload the photos somewhere so i can see them?We gave you a 5 Star Rating on Airbnb, because we thought everything was alright. I mean we could have gave you a bad rating aswell cause some stuff was missing and we also had to drive like 10 min to give the Keys back. But we didnt your luck, people like you show us that we have to take pictures of everything and complain over every small thing.Thanks for that

Everything was in accordance with the offer, the only thing I didn't like was that you had to come to the office to collect and return the key, in apartments everyone usually uses key boxes, it would be much easier (concerning the Lividius apartment, which, by the way, has such a box was).

We stayed in Apartment Rose and are still absolutely thrilled. For a small fee you could rent a cot and a high chair so you didn't have to take them from home. Everything was clean, very stylish and modern. It is equipped with everything you need, e.g. Washing machine, small hob, etc. We received a very friendly welcome and there was a helpful answer to our questions straight away. We are happy to have found such great accommodation.

We stayed in August 2023 in the DUNE 640 Cesarskie Ogrody apartment. Very good contact with the staff. The facility is located close to the beach and promenade, surrounded by greenery. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, parking in front of the building. These are pluses. However, the big disadvantage is very narrow parking spaces and in the event of any incident (and unfortunately this happened to us during our stay, someone damaged our car and did not admit it), you have to deal with it yourself, because the monitoring only covers entry and exit and even the police won't help. For the considerable rental price, managers should think about greater security of the parking area.

We had the pleasure of staying in an apartment on the 11th floor of the Platan Tower building. Sea view, balcony, great apartment, 49 m, very well equipped. Contact with the service is wonderful. Parking space in the basement. I recommend :)

I had the pleasure of taking advantage of the offer for the Albus apartment. The apartment itself looked exactly like in the photos, it was very clean and well-kept, fresh bedding, high-class equipment, everything functional and ready for use. Comfortable and functional furniture. I will certainly use this company's offer again, as I am very satisfied with the efficient and reliable service. Świnoujście itself is one of the most beautiful cities by the Polish seaside, its gastronomy, spa and beautiful beach offer surpasses other resorts. I recommend this company!

The stay this year was unforgettable. The location was excellent - close to the beach and tourist attractions, and the apartment itself was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to the Baltic Sea.

The apartment was very nice and modern. Unfortunately, just a small pillow to sleep on is definitely not enough for us, and having to pick up keys in the office and bring them back again is quite inconvenient. Checking out earlier is also a bit tiring. The lady in the office doesn't have much to do with friendliness, very unsympathetic as if she was doing us a favor.

Absolutely recommended accommodation. The two of us spent our annual vacation here with our dog in the “Bianco 8” accommodation. When you arrive you have to pick up the key at a kind of reception, which is a block away. We had our own parking space directly in front of the accommodation, which was secured by an electric gate. The cleanliness was excellent, everything was clean without exception and you could immediately feel at home.It was also perfect for the dog, not far from where we lived there was a small forest where you could go for a wonderful walk. In general, the place of residence was very central, the beach was about a 15-minute walk away, the UBB about 3 minutes. It is very tastefully and modernly furnished, and you can find everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely come back.
