Unkept facility, unfriendly owners. Overall it all seems eerie - a bit spooky.Due to the large selection of attractive accommodations, we decided on another resort and had a great holiday there.

It's minimalist and good for grounding yourself. Of course you can compare the EHZ with a hotel or a holiday apartment, but if you are well equipped, you can experience so much and find relaxation here. Right on the beach and when you get back to the bungalows, there is total peace. The staff is incredibly nice and hard-working. Maria was so nice and service-oriented... the boss himself also made it possible for us to have a barbecue. We are so happy and excited as a family with 2 children. It was good to have a distributor and an extra pillow. Coffee machine for in between too 😊 here you just get to know nice people and feel comfortable. We want to say a big thank you!The rooms, the food, the service, everything was perfect.

We are there every year and got to know the new team.They were all super nice.The bungalows are clean and completely fine, the toilets and shower rooms are all great.The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.The food theme is also great, a large selection and something for everyone..The beach is a 2 minute walk which is just perfect.

We went there with our school for many years and always enjoyed our holiday trip.After the management change, we were unsure whether it still existed. Other holiday camps in other places have newer facilities and more elegant rooms, but here you have nicer trimmings.A few meters walk to the beach, shopping and travel options are within walking distance and can be reached quickly and easily.Whether it's to Phenomenta or mini golf, butterfly farm or WildLife, there can never be a dull day.Friendly and helpful “service staff” are there to offer advice and support.

We were there for a week in June and felt very comfortable.We go to this domicile once every year. This time we were able to meet Mr. Katzmann as the new operator and his mother, Ms. Katzmann, who warmly welcomed us and looked after us. Many thanks to Ms. Katzmann; the good soul of the kitchen, which spoiled us very much.The accommodations are in the shade of the trees, it is dog-friendly, the food is great, wishes are taken into account and it is very clean.Everyone tried hard, great young team who were very hardworking.We'd love to come back.

We were in the Baltic Sea Trassenheide as part of a property search for a holiday/training camp and booked an overnight stay there to get to know the property.We found what we were looking for and will be holding our training camp there next year with 80 people.The new operators (since 9/2023) are working tirelessly to eliminate the deficiencies left by the previous operator after many years of holiday camp operation. It should be clear to everyone that this doesn't happen overnight.It is a holiday camp property for holidays/school trips with very simple accommodation standards.The accommodation and sanitary facilities are clean, mattresses, pillows and blankets have been newly purchased.All rooms in the bed block have also been equipped with new lamps and sufficient sockets. The rooms and buildings have been given a new coat of paint to make everything look fresher.The food is simple, child-friendly and completely sufficient. Vegetarian/vegan cuisine can be offered with advance notice. Special requests simply need to be expressed in good time.The service team is super friendly, helpful and open to tips, criticism or suggestions. Every guest should feel comfortable and be able to relax.For everyone who has been here in the last few years....this property definitely deserves a second chance with the new operator (newbie in the travel industry).In addition, the proximity to the beach (3 minutes walk) is unbeatable.We look forward to our stay in 2025.DRK KV Müggelspree e.V.from Berlin.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!. I was there with colleagues and wanted to leave as soon as we arrived. The rooms full of mold, red/brown stains and finger/toenails. The bathrooms also full of mold, algae and sand (warm water was limited). The only good thing was the pizzeria 50m further west. They made perfect food for a respectable price (not like the "FOOD" at the "recreation center" which they call food). The beach itself is really beautiful, just walk for 1 minute and you can see the whole beach.

We were there with a youth group. The parking lot is a forest where you have to be careful that your cars can get through without any damage. In addition, there is hardly any space for parking and everything is full.The rooms are very run down. There were strange and disgusting stains on the walls, floors and mattresses. Some of the cupboard doors didn't open. There were always spiders and other insects in the room. There was a single power outlet in a room for 8 people.The sanitary facilities are a disaster. Almost every day the toilets were very dirty and sometimes even blocked. The floor by the showers was basically full of sand and algae. The water collects on the ceiling and there is a smell of mold.The food was okay. Since I'm a vegetarian, I had to pay €2 more for the meal. Instead I got pasta with ketchup (without cheese) one evening and potatoes and sauce on another day. I find that pretty cheeky and impudent. When I asked why there was no vegetarian alternative, the answer was that it didn't go well with the sauce.In addition, the portions are very, very small. If you catch up, there are only side dishes and very small portions.Breakfast and dinner are the same every day. Since we were there with a larger group, families and private guests came to eat after us. If we sat for a longer time eating, the food was put away and other (better) things were put out for the other guests. There was never any fruit or vegetables.The only positive thing is the central location on the beach. You can get there in a minute's walk and the beach is also very nice.The staff is trying hard, but renovations are urgently needed. I would never go there again and can't recommend it to anyone!

When I go on vacation to the Baltic Sea, the beach and not the accommodation is my top priority! And that's achieved with three falls over. Although the bungalows are not state of the art or second to none, the food is always good and plentiful. The atmosphere is familiar and if you want you can meet nice people here. The price-performance ratio is completely fine, I have felt comfortable here for years.
