The building is perfectly situated in the spa center, next to the promenade. It consists of a historic and a new part. It is freshly renovated and clean. I have a large, spacious room in the new part. The disadvantage at the moment is the noise coming from the renovation works next door and the promenade. The food was very varied, tasty but in average quantities. The treatment facilities are good and on site. Staff... there is a human factor at work here, so it varies. All treatments are reflected on electronic readers, so there is no possibility of delay or exchange. It makes no sense to arrive a day earlier because it is expensive and everything is allocated in advance: rooms, people, rounds of meals and there is no possibility of choosing or exchanging. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay. Beautiful surroundings, bicycle trips.

My mother was in a sanatorium at the turn of May and June. Great location. The bathroom smelled like a cesspool coming from the shower grate. Meals below hospital standard. And what made me laugh the most was the allocation of toilet paper - three rolls for three weeks. The rehabilitation ladies are very nice, the treatments are ok. I do not recommend this sanatorium.

We returned from this sanatorium a week ago and were very positively surprised. The food was incredibly tasty, varied, delicious and large portions. The chef and kitchen staff served us a delight every day. The ladies at the reception were nice and helpful. High personal culture.I would also like to express my appreciation to the ladies who performed the treatments (Mrs. Gosia and Mrs. Marta or Marzena are amazing, always smiling and you can see that they love what they do. The lady who performed the massages was very nice towards the patients). Thanks go to the cleaning ladies, they really care about cleanliness. .The location is amazing! I don't know whose credit it is, maybe Mr. Director, but ultimately other Sanatoriums should follow your example!!!❤️

I am very sorry to read about how much this facility has changed to the detriment. It was great here under the previous director. There was no luxury in the rooms, but they were clean and the bathrooms were equipped as needed. The cuisine was homely and the meals were very good, fresh and tasty. Now these meals are delivered from outside. Tasteless and stupidly composed. I had to buy more to avoid feeling hungry, as they were almost impossible to eat. I would like to point out that I was there on a private basis and shortened my stay. And I liked this sanatorium. Why has it declined so much? Maybe because Mrs. Teresa Ruciak, who took great care of them, is no longer there.

Very good location, close to the sea. Satisfactory equipment. The cleaning staff tries hard with positive results. Reception, kitchen and meals satisfactory. Quite complicated to move between the old and newer building. The treatment facilities are not very extensive. During a two-week stay, 5 elevators broke down. For people with limited mobility, access to the "water" treatment base is possible only by stairs.

Hello. Opinions vary, but: first of all, the elevator is out of order because there was a failure and perhaps it will be repaired by the end of the stay. Well, great response from the lady at the reception who hung up on me before I finished talking to her. People come to the sanatorium who are not healthy and climbing or descending the stairs several times a day is very tiring. That's one thing. 2. One of the ladies working in the canteen is very rude and shouts at the patients.Maybe someone (the management) would change something about these issues. Thank you.

The biggest advantage is definitely the location of the resort on the promenade, very close to the beach. Poor treatment facilities, unpleasant physiotherapists, but friendly Mr. Marek from the concierge.

Hello. I am currently staying in the Energetyk spa sanatorium. Before I came here, I read other people's opinions and I was devastated. I don't agree with most of the opinions. Everything is great here. The staff are really great people, very helpful and smiling. Everyone at the reception is here to help. The kitchen staff is always smiling. The cleaning ladies work hard all the time. The doctor is an equal guest. Rooms clean, very pleasant. The room has a bathroom, TV, fridge and kettle. The food is very good, of course, this is not a 5-star hotel. Fabulous location. Close to everything, lots of shops, a beautiful promenade and a 5-minute walk to the sea. I recommend this place.

A wonderful health resort, the entire staff deserves a medal. I just returned home and I will be there in September. I'm super satisfied. The food is tasty and plentiful. I recommend the ENERGETYK Spa with all my heart. Greetings to all the staff.

The only advantage is the location on the promenade close to the sea, which of course is not due to the management. The director is an unpleasant and inaccessible dictator. The food is only for survival, poor, poorly composed, monotonous and completely unsuitable for the elderly, most of whom stay in the sanatorium. The cheapest and simplest treatments ordered take a very short time.I believe that if it is a sanatorium, the needs of National Health Fund patients should first be met and only then can rooms be made available to commercial tourists, but unfortunately it is the other way around. The worst rooms are intended for spa guests. The towels are smelly and unusable.
