The holiday apartment leaves nothing to be desired. We were warmly welcomed and looked after there. The holiday apartment is about a 3-minute walk from the beach. Our own parking space, use of the garden and the quiet location made our stay there perfect. We can recommend the holiday apartment without reservation.

Last week we went on vacation for a week in the “Koje” room at Villa Heuer. You should be able to walk well to get to the room, the steps have different heights and the stairs are not safe either. The bathroom is separate just across the hall, which you should know, didn't bother us that much. The room with living and sleeping area and kitchenette is bright and well furnished at first glance. You can't darken the room because there are no roller shutters and the curtains are light, they were also very dirty, several stains that are immediately noticeable when you close them. The bed is 140×200cm large and deep, no bedside tables available. You have to squeeze into the corner (bunk=maybe that's why the room is called that). The mattress is an imposition, the slatted frame is hard and the one pillow is just made of lumps. I then put the pillow from the sofa over it and it worked. I bought a foam mat for the mattress and put it underneath it, otherwise I wouldn't have made it through the week. I have to say we've gotten better for the money, we don't recommend this accommodation. Something urgently needs to be done.The good thing about the accommodation is the location, proximity to the beach and localities.

A friendlier review would certainly be nice, but I find it difficult. Landlord tried hard, but just not really good given the location. A 'villa' should have other contemporary standards. The apartments 'Kajüte' and 'Koje' can only be reached with caution and there is an increased risk of stumbling. In the 'bunk', guests must squat down to operate the microwave. By the way, the microwave was sticky/dirty during our stay. Lighting conditions and switches in the house and outside after dusk are simply inadequate. Cleanliness in the apartment bunk is not completely good because unfortunately dust and cobwebs are visible in all window areas. Whether a heating system has to be turned down completely in January with freezing temperatures from around 10 p.m. to around 7 a.m. is not nice at all. The headboard of the bed wobbled worryingly, and in the bed occupied by two adults, each one rolled towards the middle when the other one moved. Is it the mattress or the base of the bed? Ultimately: If you don't sleep well, you probably won't be able to give a great rating - even if other deficiencies are 'overlooked'.

Tastefully and comfortably furnished holiday apartment “Kajüte”. Very clean and not “shabby” like some other holiday apartments. Completely sufficient for 2 people. Would book with the Heuer family again at any time. We recommend!

Well equipped FW, very nice operator! Price/performance harmonious and accommodating! Dogs allowed and location close to the beach 👍🏻. We will probably always book our Usedom vacation through FW Heuer 😉. Simply great and recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
