We actually booked an apartment with a fireplace. However, this was not possible to obtain. As compensation we received an upgrade with a sauna and whirlpool. Everything you needed to feel comfortable was there. We can't understand the bad reviews every now and then. Huge terrace with a beach chair, very well-equipped kitchen (a lighter and candles, as well as a bottle opener, would be nice). But that's complaining at a high level. It was clean and tidy. The small in-house swimming pool was sufficient to relax in bad weather. The beach can be easily reached in just a few minutes on foot. We didn't have breakfast, so we can't say anything about the quality. The staff was always friendly. I thought it was perfect. The only flaw was that the shower drain stank on the third day.

Highly recommended. The apartment offers enough space and is well equipped. The hit is your own sauna. The swimming pool on site is also ideal for children to run around in. The leisure options are good. The small café where you can get a hearty breakfast is great. This is an advantage, especially on the day of departure.Nice staffWe were completely satisfied.

We were here for a long weekend. All in all, it is a beautiful hotel complex with a well-kept outdoor area. The rooms were also nice, but a few more pictures etc. could do the ambience some good. I would also like to note that at least the stove in our kitchen needs to be replaced because the controls are now so worn out that numbers can no longer be recognized, which has made operating the oven more difficult. It would also have been nice if the dishes in the cupboard had been clean. Even if the fault may have been with the previous tenant, an inspection would be appropriate. Also recommended is the swimming pool, which is included in the price and can be used. However, I would like to see more controls on taking smartphones with you. It is now an absolute nonsense that certain guests always and everywhere have to film their relatives and uninvolved third parties.Unfortunately, the reception upon arrival was very reserved. When you come in, just a curt “Hello”. Check-in was only carried out upon active request. One of the two women didn't even say hello. In general, we missed a warm welcome, general information about the facility or even “a nice stay”. The check-in was completed in just under a minute and we were “cleared”. I've never experienced that before either. The lady wasn't unfriendly, but it was very unprofessional for service staff. The same applies to departure. There was simply no one there, which we weren't told beforehand. On the advice of a gentleman from the neighboring holiday park, we threw the room keys into the mailbox, and other guests did the same. The cleaning staff didn't say "Hello" back either, which is a shame. All in all, this is a great holiday resort. However, you only feel moderately welcome. I can understand that the season is slow, but guests in the off-season shouldn't feel that way either.

Price-performance ratio is not given here. We were unable to find a modern room that is presented on the website. Many other reviews have already pointed out that the rooms are in a very outdated condition. I can only confirm this. Nails were sticking out of the walls, the backs of the cupboards were falling down, the room smelled musty, the bed collapsed during the night, many of the lamps no longer worked or were sticking out of the ceiling and the toilet paper roll was wet and dirty. When we brought this up, we were not offered a comparable room. Since we weren't happy with a smaller room for the same price, the only suggestion was that we could go home again. Our first vacation with children was over after one day. It was a complete disaster and the good recessions are incomprehensible to me. Never again !

Great accommodation, more than friendly staff, reception as well as "kitchen/cafeteria", bathing and caretaker.Dog-friendly and, thanks to the swimming pool, great for children even on bad weather days. We'd love to come back next year. Kind regards from the capital.

The bad reviews are increasing for good reason. Rooms are very shabby and the most necessary things are being roughly repaired. The only positive thing is the well-kept outdoor areas and the nature in Koserow. We had booked a room with a sauna, but discovered that the sauna heater didn't work. Reported the problem and received feedback within 24 hours that the caretaker would come by between 10 and 11 a.m. the next day. We waited until 10:30 a.m., in vain. When we returned later, as expected, nothing happened or no one was in the room, no repairs. So reported again. No response received. We were informed on departure that we expected accommodation because the sauna could not be used. No answer. For the price we asked for, we had much better and private accommodation on the island. Dealing with customers is the lowest priority here at H+. It doesn't help to say that the criticism will be taken into account.

This is our second time at the H+ holiday park in Koserow. We really liked it the first time and booked our summer vacation here straight away. The rooms are equipped as described on the H+ Hotels homepage. We didn't lack anything. In early summer we had a larger room with a sauna and whirlpool. In the summer we had to limit ourselves a bit because there was only one smaller room available. But there is also a whirlpool tub and a fireplace for the winter. The balcony is spacious. We'll come back to Herbert with our friends. Almost anything is possible if you book early. The very friendly manager gave us two holiday apartments on the ground floor right next to each other. This is very beneficial. The location of the holiday park is ideal. It's very quiet here. Even though the facility appears to be fully booked, there is no noise or crowding on the facility. There is only the cliffs nearby, which means you can only reach the beach via a large staircase, but you quickly get used to it. The dog beach is not far away. Behind the complex there is a very well-kept forest where you can go on short hikes in peace. At night you can hear the sound of the Baltic Sea.The rooms may be a bit old, which you can especially see in the bathroom, but everything is clean and functional. The manager can be reached at any time either in person or by telephone. We'd love to come back.
