From the start, we are impressed. We are a couple so we booked a studio apartment. When we checked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly, competent and professional staff. The studio is spacious, quiet and comfortable. Furnishings are modern and in great condition. There is a balcony and parking is available at a reasonable price. Breakfast was included and there is a wide variety. I think it's an awesome place to stay if you vacation here. I highly recommend this hotel!

For the first time we became guests of the tropical house in Bansin.We are absolutely delighted with our stay. The breakfast was really very very good. Everything just gives the impression that you really thought about it! Really great!Our oldest son was particularly impressed by the zoo and the play area at breakfast. We'll be back very soon and with great pleasure!

We stayed here as a family with two children (3 and 7) for 5 days and can fully recommend the aparthotel. Nice staff, good rooms, well-equipped kitchen, really good breakfast - something for everyone and with an adjacent playroom including painting supplies for the children. It's also great that the visit to the tropical house is unlimited. The price is not a bargain, but this is put into perspective by the good breakfast and the included visit to the zoo. We'll definitely be back.

All I can say is that we did everything right with our booking at Tropenhaus Bansin. Very friendly staff, rooms were great, everything was clean. The breakfast was wonderful, freshly prepared every day and a different selection every day. Beach, restaurants and promenade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Parking right in front of the door.All in all a very family friendly hotel, we would love to come back.Highly recommend the small tropical zoo, the children really enjoyed it.

The aparthotel totally impressed me with its cleanliness and organization. The buffet was very varied and the service was always friendly. Parking spaces available. The small tropical zoo can be used free of charge. Close to the beach. Really recommended

We stayed in Bansin for a week and were very happy with the very clean rooms, the very friendly staff and the good service. The zoo is also really beautiful and a good alternative if it rains. The breakfast was also very good and there was always something new. There were three of us and it is highly recommended even with more people because you don't just have one room but a small apartment with a living room, dining table, small kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The only real complaint I have is that unfortunately there is no elevator and so you have to carry everything up the stairs.

Very friendly staff, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, freshly prepared and everything is very digestible.The rooms are pleasant and offer space to relax after a day at the sea.The path to the promenade and restaurant is short and there is a parking space right in front of the door.

We had a very nice stay. The breakfast was terrific, there was something for every taste. Only the furnishings in the rooms are a bit old. Also highly recommended for a stay with children. There is a wonderful games room on the first floor of the breakfast room.

Super recommended hotel for families, the apartments are large and very well equipped. A kitchenette with oven and hob invites you to cook together. The Rewe, which is within walking distance, offers all the ingredients for this. The promenade and the beach can also be reached quickly on foot. The staff at reception and in the café are extremely courteous and friendly. And the breakfast buffet is also worth it. The play options for the little ones in the café round it all off. The cute zoo that is included in the hotel price can be described as small but nice. Definitely a highlight for the children. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended for families.
