A must for every Usedom holidaymaker. Classic German cuisine reinterpreted. Very tasty, and you should try the Pomeranian tapas as a starter.On Usedom we had to realize once again that unfortunately the hospitality we are used to here in deep eastern Germany still does not exist. Here in the coach house, however, exactly the opposite: our cellar (Vietnamese?) friendly, polite and very hospitable! If we visit this beautiful part of Germany again, we will definitely come back here!

A very beautiful castle. If you're looking for a special restaurant, you've come to the right place. A very nice atmosphere. Nice staff and excellent cuisine.

We expected more!The entire appearance, the equipment and the menu suggest a high level of service and cuisine. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn't do this justice.Sometimes very inattentive service. Brings dirty glasses to the table and completely forgets to exchange them for clean ones. With four starters, there were only plates for three people.The pork fillet from the fire spit could be juicier, but the poultry was great!The plates could be much better prepared given the level and prices. The salad sits very listlessly next to the rump steak.There are just a few small things, but all together they make it just a good home-style kitchen with chic furniture.The special, extravagant touch is still missing.We wish the kitchen and service good new ideas and attention. We would like to come back again.

Finally no fried potatoes and overpriced eel or fish dishes, but finally a harmonious price-performance ratio!! My recommendation: the Pomeranian tapas plate with 9 starters (equivalent to a main course). Solid, classic ambience with a slight British touch (the massive leather armchairs in the lounge). Attentive staff (although only 4 tables were occupied (Wednesday evening).

Very good and tasty food with good and very friendly service.Had a selection of Pomeranian tapas - simply brilliant. And the asparagus with the wild garlic hollandaise was also super delicious

We had dinner in the REMISE restaurant, it was excellent, perfectly prepared, of course on warmed plates, perfectly cooked lamb rump and tender ribs, the red wine (Primitivo) was excellent.We'll definitely be back. Yes / Yes

It's a very nice romantic place. The food tastes very good and there is plenty on the plate. The ambience is also very nice. The service staff are very friendly and really nice. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. We would eat there again at any time.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the hotel, we were in the Remise restaurant.It's very comfortable there and has a pleasant, upscale atmosphere.Home-style cooking.Had carpacio on salad with parmesan, and I had coconut soup curry with chicken skewer.Then pike perch with fried potatoes and tomato salad, and I had beef cheeks with garlic potatoes and kohlrabi.Everything was delicious and prepared to perfection.Was here 2 years ago, the menu has now been slimmed down and clearer.The service is attentive and courteous.A good decision to go to the restaurant and see Stolpe Castle beforehand.We'll be back!
