After 7 years we were at the Kaiser Spa again. Friendly welcome, booked for the day after next. We had the back and neck massage. Did very well. Monika and Lech did a good job. Unfortunately, the steam bath wasn't that warm and the 90 degree sauna was only 75 degrees. But it was enough, you could make your own infusions and they also smelled good. The outdoor pool was ideal for cooling off afterwards. Water with lemon was free. We were able to chill out really well, a successful stay. We can recommend it.

Unfortunately I can't estimate the room, we had other accommodation and we were able to use the bathing area... but very friendly staff, the aromatic oil massage (booked separately) was really nice.. bathing and sauna area were very clean... we liked it liked it very much

I wanted a relaxing facial treatment on vacation, which wasn't bad at all, but I have several wounds/injuries from plucking my eyebrows, which unfortunately reduce the result. Since I had booked 2 treatments, I was really looking forward to my manicure. Unfortunately, I had to realize that I do a lot more manicure care at home than I did there. It was filed and polished once very briefly, but really very briefly and then the varnish was put on, which is completely off on some fingers after 2 days (it's supposed to last up to 3 weeks/strip varnish) and unfortunately it looks like it is It's been outgrown for 2 weeks. It's a shame because I've now left a few euros and am really disappointed. During treatment I also had to be told how bad politics are and that women have to bring children into the world. That all the doctors can't do anything and the hotel is getting old, according to the lady who treated me. A little tip, never talk badly about the workplace and there are certain topics I don't want to hear about during my treatment and some topics were very invasive.

The hotel is pure relaxation for us. Everything fits here. We've been here at least 6 times now. The breakfast and dinner buffet were simply great. We say thank you to the whole team and plan to come back in 2024. Married couple Sabine and Bernd Tornow

Unfortunately I was only in the swimming pool. I had a holiday apartment outside the hotel. And entry to the swimming pool was included. The swimming pool is very clean, lots of loungers and also has an outdoor area with a pool and loungers. Staff was very friendly. Photography is not permitted.

The spa is filled with the roar of a machine, it is not possible to relax in the relaxation room or sit in peace in the sauna. The machine it came from was constantly running and pretty much ruined my stay there for several days. The vibrations are so strong that even the floor vibrates, which is a no-go

I received a voucher for a facial treatment for my birthday. The staff are actually very friendly. Unfortunately I wasn't asked if I wanted to have my eyebrows tinted... I didn't want to! Too late! Under the soothing mask you have no chance of noticing what exactly is going on...now I enjoyed the peace and quiet and didn't inform myself. Well, now I can only hope that the beams disappear quickly... another big drawback: there is no parking space for out-of-house guests. This urgently needs to be improved. Such a treatment is expensive enough, you shouldn't have to search for it and, above all, pay for it!

For 4: everything perfect again.For the 3rd time in the hotel. Wellness in the spa area is always a very nice experience. Sauna area, indoor and outdoor pool well tempered: (29 + 28°). A visit is always worth it

A very nice SPA that lives up to its name. ;-) KAISER SPAThe team and the application were great. I felt very comfortable with my husband. We will be back definitely. :-) Then we definitely want to try out AQUA MOTION FLOATING.

Unfortunately we couldn't use the SPA properly because the water temperature was too cold: 27 degrees in the outdoor pool in winter 🥶Unfortunately, the lady at reception was very unfriendly and couldn't handle the feedback.
