Unbearable construction noise in Villa Mistral as the building's balconies are apparently being renovated. Right next door in the apartment, jackhammers are used every day from 8 a.m. “Baltic Apartments” from which we rented do not take any notice of this. Reason: They only own one apartment in the building, everyone can make as much noise as they want from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., they don't know anything about the construction work in the house, the owner of the building doesn't have to inform them about it.We will definitely not book or recommend Villa Mistral and Baltic Apartments again.

A strong 5/5. My second contact with Baltic Apartments and for the second time I am 100% satisfied with the service and contact with the company. Of course, there were some minor shortcomings in the apartments themselves, but a conversation with the office was enough and several issues were immediately resolved.It's simple for me - my next trip to Swinoujscie will be equivalent to looking for apartments first in Baltic Apartments, and only then the competition.

Great room with good facilities, there is everything even a small coffee machine. A few minutes' walk to the spa beach, right next to the promenade and quiet. Great service, I forgot my clothes and found out after 2 weeks, the service sent it the next day. Best regards, the staff

We stayed at Apartment Lisi for 3 nights. The location of the apartment is good. Walking distance to the promenade and many shops. And it's only a few kilometers to the city center. When we arrived we wanted to collect the keys from the office. When we got there we were told that this was only possible with an additional charge. Otherwise you wouldn't have received the keys until the evening. When we arrived at the apartment we wanted to take our luggage from the deep garage to the room. However, the elevator only ran from the ground floor (due to technical problems). When we arrived in the room we found a double bed and two sofas. Both air conditioners in the room without batteries. After we found this out and used the battery ourselves, both initially ran reliably. In the evening the air conditioning on the upper floor suddenly started dripping (after). Be then. It didn't stop anymore. When we saw it dripping the next day, we immediately put a container under it. And reported this immediately (nothing happened). The next day we reported it again. (Again no answer). In addition, the shower wall was leaking.All in all, the apartment cannot be recommended again.

The rooms in villa carmen are good but sometimes they smell old and lacking. The service is nice. The location is good but the key collection is one kilometer from villa carmen

We rented an apartment in Świnoujście. The furnishings were very nice and high quality. The situation couldn't have been better. Many shops within 500m. We had 1.5 km to the beach.We will rent here again next year.

We were in Matejki's apartment 17/22. The apartment is cozy and modern. Richly equipped with a balcony where you can relax after a long day. A great advantage is a dedicated parking space included in the price of the apartment. The car can be seen from the balcony. I would highly recommend. Very friendly service.
