Unfortunately, the homemade ice cream advertised was riddled with ice crystals. I only know something like this from ice that has already thawed.In the summer, when there are more customers, the ice cream is always made fresh. In our case, the ice cream unfortunately seemed a bit sticky to me instead of creamy.

We actually wanted to go to the Lütt Bootshütt because we had been there years before and it was so beautiful there. Unfortunately the location is now closed. Café Knatter was also canceled due to a closed party. So we wanted to get something to go from the café on the Achterwasser. The cappuccino for €3 was so small (0.2L paper cup only half full) that it was actually just a sip with foam. I even went back to the innkeeper and asked if it was okay if there was so little in the cup. I was told that it was a normal cup (perhaps from a dollhouse???).I had an iced coffee. In the vanilla ice cream of the iced coffee there were larger pieces of frozen ice cream; the ice cream did not seem to me to be of high quality, as I was used to from home-made ice cream advertised elsewhere.We were very disappointed!No recommendation from us.Edit August 20, 2024:A cheeky host or boss who doesn't tolerate criticism and who insults his guests afterwards!Imagine being served something like that on your vacation! Then you would certainly have been completely satisfied!ATTENTION RIP-OFF!!!

Quality was rather lower middle class, service was sloppy and unmotivated. Typical hinterland place that only wants to take the tourists' money but doesn't want to offer anything in return. For a tourist place you should put more effort into it. Ice cream flavors also tasted very artificial, I doubt whether they actually produce it themselves.

Nice, simple and quiet café with a few tables outside and very friendly service. We liked the cake (4€/piece). Unfortunately, the cappuccino (€3) was so small that half the cup was filled with milk foam. This left me with just 4 small sips of coffee. This is one reason why we wouldn't drink coffee here anymore. Too bad.(Regarding the answer received: Dear pension team, we are almost 60 years old, so we have already ordered and drunk hundreds of cappuccinos. As a result, we did not need to seek advice on this matter. We ordered 2 cappuccinos, which in our opinion It contained far too little coffee. We found that to be a shame.
