We've been coming here for years and this is our conclusion: the prices have risen, the male employees at the reception are dismissive and unfriendly; they don't think it's necessary to say hello and make unqualified comments...; the staff at breakfast, on the other hand, are very friendly and... accommodating - breakfast quality great. The location of the hotel is ideal, but the sound until 11 p.m. on weekends is annoying, as the quality of the entertainment leaves something to be desired... the exterior facade needs to be renovated.

Everything is sad and loveless, very very bad mattresses...The equipment was sufficient, but dirty dishes andLittle understanding from the staff. There is definitely more to it and improvements could be made to make it feel good.No more vacation for us there...

We were treated to incredibly loud music and children's entertainment every day, sometimes from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Even in the evening the music is still so loud that even with the window closed and the oropax, sleep would be completely unimaginable. We went through pure hell in this hotel for 4 days and are really looking forward to leaving.

Everything was fine, apartment was big enough, small kitchen for emergencies, balcony with a view of the sea, separate bedroom. Breakfast can be had for €20 per person. be booked for this. We'll definitely be back

We had a really nice, sunny holiday in Heringsdorf.Accommodation great, staff friendly and accommodating, fantastic view of the sea with the Ferris wheel, perfect location right on the pier.5 star holiday with children, highly recommended.Come back ;)

Location is great, could use an outside makeover. We were there very often alone and with our grandchildren and were always very satisfied. Despite reservations from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for older guests, children are still running around. Could this possibly be checked?

The hotel advertises itself as family-friendly, but is absolutely not recommended for families with small children.The location is great for adults in the center of Heringsdorf, right on the beach. However, it is so loud because of the nearby open-air stage (with not exactly high-quality concerts) and the summer cinema, which unfortunately also had public viewing at the time we were traveling with unnecessarily loud fans. (For a spa town and close to the spa clinic, it is questionable whether this is necessary.)The new swimming pool with children's pool, children's area at breakfast and indoor playground are great, but if neither the child nor the parents can sleep because of the noise and the uncomfortable, hard bed, it's unfortunately of little use. The couch in the living area of ​​the apartment is also far too hard and uncomfortable to relax in the evening when the child finally comes to rest. Unfortunately, the hotel bar is also closed, which is not stated online and therefore there is no alternative for parents of small children to relax in the evening. Unfortunately, everything has gotten old, which we could have overlooked if we could have otherwise found peace. Of course, the hotel can't do anything about the venue's event plans, but the concept might need to be changed. Then the money that was/is invested in child-friendliness could perhaps be better invested in room comfort.Addendum: The concerts take place all day on weekends at 12 p.m. So your afternoon nap is also disturbed.These are not pleasant acoustic groups or anything like that, but country and pop groups or even pop/rock with drums, bass and amplifiers and everything set up so that it echoes unnecessarily loudly towards the hotel. Here the spa hotel and spa facility should really approach the spa administration and their event planners.

The receptionist was a disaster. She doesn't explain anything to you and you have to say/spell the names of your fellow travelers for everyone to hear at reception. Data protection is zero. The parking spaces that cannot be reserved are allocated at will. An hour after check-in there was no chance of a parking space.
