We were cycling for 3 weeks.Room was of normal standard.Unfortunately the boss wasn't very friendly. I had forgotten my charging cable and asked them over the phone to send it to me.I don't want to repeat the answer here... it didn't. A pity.

We had booked for one night and were treated that way. Since there are not enough parking spaces, the guests (i.e. those like us...) who stay the shortest have to look for a parking space in the area... We could too Find a paid one nearby... Carpet full of stains..etc.etc. NEVER AGAIN!!!

General:Travel time: beginning of AugustDuration: 2 nightsCouple with childLocation:The hotel is located directly on the promenade, about a 2-minute walk to the beach. The center of Ahlbeck and the pier can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. There is a small mini golf course opposite. Parking is possible at the hotel (parking costs €6/day)Note on how to get there: With the opening of the tunnel in Świnoujście and the expansion of the roads, the route via Stettin from Berlin is also a good alternative.Room:We had a room on the first floor and looked towards the parking lot. The size of the room was very good, as was the bathroom (with shower). The room had a closet, a double bed, TV, refrigerator and 2 chairs with a table to relax. The bed was comfortable and the blanket and pillows were super soft and very pleasant. Good quality WiFi was available free of charge. In front of the hotel entrance there are beach chairs etc. that invite you to relax when the weather is good.Cleanliness:We were generally satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, the curtains were a bit gray and the carpeting had stains that were rather unsightly. In the bathroom, tiles in the entrance area are loose. These should be changed. The walls were only painted white where there were probably stains or something similar. Unfortunately, that's what it looks like. Especially in one corner. Here the whole room should be whitewashed. It seems as if an attempt is being made to get a lot out of using very little resources. Especially in combination with the rather old-fashioned-looking equipment.Eat Drink:The breakfast was buffet style. The selection was extensive and delicious. We liked the orange juice and coffee. There was fresh fruit and vegetables, various yoghurt, sausage and cheese varieties and much more. We particularly liked that cake and coffee were available in the entrance area even after breakfast.Service:The staff was friendly and the service was great. If you arrive later (approx. after 2 p.m.), the key is simply collected in a key safe. In our opinion, checkout at 10 a.m. is a bit too early. 11 a.m. would be better here, especially since breakfast is possible until 10:30 a.m.Reason:We give it 4 stars because of the location, the service and the delicious breakfast. There is a 1 star deduction due to the condition of the room.

Small, quiet hotel, right on the beach promenade. Good breakfast and requests were taken into account. We really enjoyed the time.

We wanted to spend a nice Easter short break (3 nights booked through Booking) here. We were booked into the tower room facing the sea on the second floor. Location and view are great. The first impression of the room was quite sobering. The room has already "lived" well and the bathroom is very small. The house is very noisy. After using the toilet for the first time, the toilet failed to flush. Unfortunately, a call to the operator was unsuccessful and we were put off until the next day, where we had to use the toilet on the ground floor of the stairwell.Even the next day we could not be promised a repair with a guarantee of success. We then decided to leave. We didn't have to pay for the overnight stay, but our deposit of almost €100 was kept for breakfast and room cleaning. The operator should urgently take part in training in complaint management and dealing with guests. We cannot recommend the hotel.

Pretty, owner-managed hotel close to the beach. I had a room at the back, towards the parking lot, which was wonderfully quiet. The owner is friendly and approachable in her phone calls. The employees are friendly and helpful. It's a nice atmosphere there, a place to feel good - even without a lot of frills.
