Small but nice. Good location right on the promenade, view of the pier and beach access right outside the door. Very good for a few days at the beach.The room was clean and adequately furnished. I didn't have a balcony, but there is plenty of outside seating.Breakfast was good with a variety of options. There should be something for everyone.

Unfortunately we can only recommend this hotel (part of the Hotel Preussenhof) to a limited extent. The rooms were modernly furnished. However, we couldn't get into the room at the agreed time of 3 p.m. The rooms were only ready at 4:15 p.m., but they were not cleaned properly. We reported this to reception. The reaction to this left much to be desired. A tired smile and a quick apology was all. That's not how you treat guests 😶. We will now receive an invoice for the forgotten billing for two days of tourist tax. Here it would have been more than fair and accommodating if this had been paid for by the hotel.

The room wasn't ready at 4 p.m., even though check-in was at 3 p.m. and we were given the keys for check-in.However, you can check out early at 10 a.m. without the possibility of a late check out.Room cleaning was very careless, we first put the covers on the beds properly. There is only one very flat pillow. The glasses were half full from the previous ones, but the water bottle was half empty.In the closet we found a dirty laundry bag from the previous generation.The cleaning staff stormed into the room twice in the morning without knocking.How rude, sorry from the reception: the colleagues don't speak German or English and couldn't be instructed on how to behave - incomprehensible!!!! But they spoke English to us.There is a hallway, but without hooks for coat racks. There would be so much space.In the large bathroom there is only one towel hook for 4 towels and where should the beach towels stay and dry? There is also a lot of unused space.For a tower room with a sea view, there is very little sea view, trees in front.All in all, it doesn't feel good here and for 200€/nightWe won't be coming back.Maybe the management should look into the rooms through the eyes of the guests

The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the reception is in the Preussenhof and not in the Strandhotel, which was unfortunately not clear in advance. Likewise, the wellness and sports area are not in the beach hotel, but in the Preussenhof, which was also not clearly communicated.The breakfast was OK, but did not correspond to the pictures, which were probably taken at the Preussenhof. The room was very nice, unfortunately without air conditioning, and the WiFi didn't work in the rooms.The door in the hallway was very loud whenever someone walked past. Parking was okay, but the entrance from the parking lot was very narrow and overlooked by many spiders. There was no elevator and the entrance had a slightly musty smell.The location of the hotel was very good, right next to the beach. However, that didn't mean it was quiet.

We were guests here for a week. Since it was low season, we had the house to ourselves. The location is great, right on the beach promenade. For breakfast we had to go to the main building, the Preußenhof. The room was spacious and beautiful. The room service still has room for improvement, only the bare minimum was done. Parking costs €10 per day.

The location is great, very easy to reach but we were robbed during breakfast!Something was missing from the minibar, a silver chain with a pendant was stolen!It's a real shame that the hotel staff didn't want to go into it, which unfortunately ruined our vacation!

Rooms are not cleaned every day. Towels are not exchanged. Housekeeping understands neither English nor German. Stairwell sandy and dirty for a whole week
