The service was TOP.Location perfect, right on the promenade and direct access to the beach.The room is adequately equipped.What wasn't so great was that it was difficult for us to open the toilet window in the attic because it was too high and there was no bar or something similar to open it.

A really nice place that calms down and 4 minutes to the beach. The owner himself is very friendly and cheerful, the ladies from the staff are nice and helpful. We will fly to the fullest extent of the word. We will definitely come back here.

We stayed for two nights, February 22-24, in the older building of the complex where the Uznam Cafe is located. Clean, very polite and aesthetic. Breakfast was good but not excellent.As part of the promotion, we received free parking.A very enjoyable stay, I recommend it.

Beautiful, clean, warm facility (we visited in winter). We had an apartment on the ground floor, entrance from the parking lot. Delicious breakfasts. Calm, family atmosphereClose to the beach, close to the promenade.I recommend.

A very nice place, quiet and peaceful surroundings. Nice villa, our room on the ground floor was very nice and cozy. Dogs are allowed, unfortunately for an additional fee of PLN 50 per day.Very close to the promenade and the sea, in fact you go straight to the promenade and the bicycle path to Ahlbeck. About 250 m next to it is a small brine graduation tower with benches to sit on. The lighthouse and Fort Gerard are also worth visiting.Very tasty breakfasts nearby, in the villa next door, you walked a few meters through the garden. A very nice lady serves breakfast. If there's anything I can suggest for improvement, it would be nice to have a slightly larger bike rack at the back of the building.The parking lot at the villa is very small, only for a few cars. You can park along the street, there are designated paid public parking spaces (PLN 50 per day), but you have to "hunt" for them and it's best not to move the car after that! Świnoujście, a clean, well-kept city with a beautiful beach! I recommend both the villa and the city itself!

There are rooms above Café Uznam and in the building next to it (this one is a bit more modern). All rooms are clean and equipped with the essentials.The breakfast in the cafe is rich and delicious. The staff is very friendly and responds to the guests' wishes.Room service can be ordered if required, parking spaces on the property are available for a fee (€12 per day).Very quiet location, right on the promenade (western part), 5 minutes walk to the beach. Recommended!

Just beautiful. A great location to the promenade and the beach and still quiet and cozy. We received a very nice welcome. Room with a large balcony, great bathroom, is clean and nicely decorated. Limited number of parking spaces, but that's the case everywhere in Świnoujście. Breakfast in the cafe next door is also great. Our little dog liked it too
