Our apartment 5 was OK, 2 bedrooms, living room with small kitchen and 2 half bathrooms, one side was toilet with small sink and other side was large shower (with high step) and large sink.The TV was pretty small.The kitchen was too small for 4 people, the kitchen doesn't have an oven, just a microwave.The pans were much bigger than the stovetops, which sucked.And the narrow dishwasher is also too small, cooked breakfast once and in the evening, two pots and plates and it was full. The top basket is very rusty.The parking spaces behind the house, towards the neighboring pool, are primarily suitable for large, wide and long cars, not so much SUVs.There are washing machines in the basement for €4 and there will also be a sauna.The way to the beach is short, walk down one of the cross streets, you are already on the beach promenade and you can consider turning left towards Heringsdorf pier or right towards Ahlbeck.On the beach promenade, on the left is the expensive but delicious Steigenberger Waterfront Restaurant and on the right is the Luv&Lee from Upstalsboom. For dinner you should reserve in advance, small menu, very tasty. A 5-minute walk takes you to Ahlbeck, where there is a large playground, some sports equipment and other restaurants.We booked through Usedom Travel and are very happy with them. Had two problems, they helped immediately, a technician came to the apartment. Everything great

We have now been to Villa Arcadia twice and are really very satisfied.The transaction is great, the location is great and the room is really nice.

Location great, just a few meters to the beach. Facilities are also sufficient. Beds super comfortable. But the house is very noisy. You are woken up at night or in the morning by the neighbors' screaming children. In addition, the terrace of the ground floor apartment faces the parking lot and is visible to everyone.

Rooms are quite shabby and poorly renovated. Car 🚗 Parking space so narrow that it is not possible to get in or out properly. It is also extremely tight when parking in and out. Unfortunately, for bad weather days there is only a small TV available. We have had various accommodations that were much better for the same money.

Very nice apartment in Heringsdorf. However, there are no 5 stars because small things need to be corrected or improved in this price category (App. 10). Leaky shower, TV remote control had dead batteries (check that before guests arrive), there was a lack of proper coffee cups on the dishes (I've now given the apartment four of them) and a bathtub would be very desirable in this huge bathroom, as well as larger beds (the rooms provide it ) and a shoe bench in the entrance area.All small things, but as described, expected in the price category.

Location is great just a few minutes to the beach! The apartment we had was beautifully furnished and very spacious! However, she is very noisy and can therefore not recommend her. We were always woken up promptly at 6 a.m. by our neighbors. That's not a vacation!!!

Very good location just a few meters from the beach. Price performance more than OK. An egg cooker could be provided in the kitchen. What definitely belongs in the apartment is a vacuum cleaner. You can't remove the sand from the beach with just a broom and a dustpan.

We had a very nice apartment. The location is almost perfect as it is only a few meters to the beach. It's very quiet and you can really relax.

House is well maintained and is close to the beach. (just around the corner and past Steigenberger)Located almost in the middle of the center of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The house lacks insect screens in front of the windows. Apartment number 10 is a basement apartment, not a ground floor.
