when you stay here prepare to hot temperatures. No air conditioning, all fresh air ventiles are in winter mode and when you ask maintenance from receptionist no-one will arrive.

What an amazing place it is! Honestly had best short break there ever! Apartment's are well equipped and modern, place is spotless and well kept. Highly recommended this to anyone who is looking for relaxing break with a dash of luxury. Roof top swimming pool and jacuzzi bests it all.

Very good location and good place for weekend gate way, a small place with alot of restaurants and bar here. I've dinner at Torres restaurant and really execellent restaurant. Chef is the best and price we go 4 peoples, we have beers, starter and maincourse, bill total only 170 euro.

This is not a hotel. The reception is in another building, it is difficult to find it. Although, for example, at hotel web pages are included everything on the spot try to draw an additional fee for room cleaning 150 PLN. …

Great location, clean apartment. Helpful staff. Beautiful view from the window. Family friendly place with easy access to Radisson Restaurant, Aqua Park. Will comeback here for sure. The room is nice and with good taste.

Currently your vacation in this area is limited by many construction areas. It beginns with no own office for this hotel, which is not easy to find. The universal office staff is not well informed, not about room equipment, local attraction, even not about the traffic, which is not that self- explaining because of more road construction zones. Room service is included, but very essential. Rooms are poorly equipped with pracmatic things (3 TV on 45sqm are there). But for example no coffee brewer as shown on numerous image pictures, no wasch stand for wet swimm wear (Outside drying impossible because off all the dust, inside no space for hangig up things, even not your towles), not enough dishes for 5 people in a six person apartment etc. If you kindly ask for help, no one feels responsible. Be carefull with the elevator. It gets stuck daily and it takes time to be rescued. Linguistically in these emergencies a great desaster! Not in eglish language, not in german, not in another language. Maybe in polish, but this was not in our vocabulary, we are very sorry for that. All in all, it is a modern, fancy place to stay, the love of details and guest is missing :(

Two rooms with TV and a little kitchen. Bathroom is clean and big. Very good pricing. Comeback soon.

Best view, beautiful beach, really helpful staff.||Big, clean and comfortable rooms with kitchen and balcony!||You have also one hour free in Aquapark.||I really recommend to book also breakfast in Radisson.

After 8 days spent at Balitc Park Fort by Zdrojowa, I know for sure that the place is not worth the money. We are misled already at the stage of purchasing the offer. A guest of this place is a second or even third class guest. Priority is given to Hilton and Radisson guests. They are entitled to all parking spaces, if necessary, even those dedicated to Baltic Park Fort in the underground garage. Kids Club is paid, Aqua Park is paid, there is no entry to the Radisson Hotel's observation deck, breakfast and dinner at the Radisson Hotel... are there, but poor. After a few days it's really hard to choose something. Before breakfast, warm up for 10 minutes and look for a place. You have to organize the cutlery and tidy up the table. Greetings to the lady sneezing into her hands and pushing pancakes with them as if nothing had happened. Most of the dishes are reheated and of poor quality. Strong sweetening, even in lettuce. Scrambled eggs fried in a pan with Teflon peeling off!!!The rooms need a general refresh, the floor is disgustingly dirty, the children had black socks after walking on it for 2 hours. Thin, poorly soundproofed walls. If your neighbor decides to cook meals, you will also smell them.I can't say anything bad about the staff, but I feel sorry for them, especially the ladies at the reception who are on the front lines and are the ones who bear the grievances of disappointed guests.The advantage is a beautiful, wide and clean beach :) Unfortunately, there is nothing going on there, it lacks something, such as a beach bar with chill-out music, animation for children. And nothing here. Pity. Huge disappointment with this place.

Beautiful accommodation, recently completed. We had a room with our own pool which was accessible via a spiral staircase on the roof terrace. The location is of course great, right on the promenade and the beach in sight.Little things bothered us about the room. No wardrobe, not even a few hooks in the wall (that would have been enough for me), no storage space in the bathroom, really nothing except the sink! A small shelf or something similar would have been nice. There was a large kitchenette but no oven, just empty cupboards and only a dishwashing tablet for a week.Conclusion: Gladly again but the deficiencies need to be eliminated in this price range.
