This place, called BOJE06 or Heimathafen, belongs to the Strandhotel Ostseeblick that is just in front of it. We were undecided which to take and booked the BOJE as on the weekend it was 1/3 less in price. The check in and reception are at the hotel. First of all, the hotel reception service etc is great - friendly and professional under any circumstances. They have several features and services there which you may want yo check. One big advantage of the BOJE is the link to this hotel, and that's the reason for the 4 stars. The BOJE itself is nice too, there's a SPA that looks very nice, the rooms are decorated nicely, even the photos on the wall are nice (and we all know how rare that is...) the downside however is that the bathrooms are built in the room in a box in such way that leaves very minimal space around the bed. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. All in all I wouldn't estimate this room at a rate of 200€ a night, but I guess that's the standard in this location. Location BTW is great too. I do believe however that next time we'll go to the Hotel...

I booked a sea view room and what you get for it is almost ridiculous (see pictures). I call this looking at a house. The rooms are super small and dark thanks to the mini windows. The breakfast room was cold and this was the end of October. The location and the facility are positive.

Well, three days (two nights) in the buoy. The hotel apparently belongs to Strandhotel Ostseeblick. Our mishap... My wife and I both booked. So bad luck... one room too many. 80% paid via booking. Anyone who thinks the service is poor in the sense of "we can't do anything about the booking, but just enjoy a bottle on the house" - is far from it. Well. The hotel is decorated quite nicely. We have a sea view room. So on the second row, right at the top. You can also see the water, but you can't leave the windows open to sleep because you can hear a ventilation system all day long (really loud). Sauna was nice, except for the inappropriate music. However, you have to change in the room, as there are changing rooms but no place to store your things. The modern fitness area would be even better with cups at the drinks machine or towels. The breakfast is quite decent. As for the pillows... Sleep research is probably further along ;-) a bit bulky. There is a vending machine with snacks and drinks at the entrance. Here we say, but take cash.Small addendum... We placed the request for an alternative pillow at reception in the early afternoon. I went back to reception in the evening and waited until I could take some with me. At least one of two was covered. Our point about the ventilation noises when checking out was skilfully ignored. Too bad

The website makes promises that unfortunately reality does not keep. Compared to other hotels (of this category) the price/performance ratio is not appropriate. The lake view is there, but only limited. So no full money for a lake view!Clear plus point - the design is stylish, with attention to detail and the furniture is modern and very comfortable (the armchair is great).Unfortunately, the chic floor lamp is just a dummy, no 💡 inside.Location: 2nd row! So not on the beach. The location is ok. - But then just say: 2nd row. Basically, if you can and want to climb (many) stairs, you can be on the beach in just a few minutes. If you can't climb stairs, you can take the detour via the pier and be on the beach in 10 minutes. (the hotel is almost barrier-free, a wheelchair user should already know that).Room: the furnishing idea is great, but it lacks some kind of desk and, for example, a chest for the towels. The wardrobe is a shelf with just 2 drawers and 2 shelves. Very minimalistic thought. The bathroom is very small. The sauna area (90 °, organic, infrared) is also very stylish and designed with attention to detail. It gets crowded when there are several people there at the same time.An additional drinking water dispenser - e.g. on the towel shelf - would be helpful.Breakfast: the first few days very good, and then bad. One day there were no more coffee cups left at 9 a.m. and they weren't refilled until 9:15 a.m. ... the buffet display was also empty and there were signs of refilling not.Towards the end of my stay things had improved again.General: the room was not cleaned for 2 days despite 'please make up my room'. I had to 'request' new towels in the eveningOutdoor parking spaces for an extra fee.The cool outdoor seating area - the bar doesn't seem to be open every day 🤔 - could also be used as a breakfast lounge. (morning sun)Unfortunately I had to stock up myself. I did it. And also cleared it myself. Wasted space, wasted plus pointConclusion: A stylish, modern boutique hotel in the 2nd row with some deficiencies in terms of quality, facilities and service. A top hotel for less money, but unfortunately not a consistently adequate service for the price actually quoted.

I spent a night in the Boje06 with my family. We had 5 double rooms which were really nice. The rooms are large and equipped with all sorts of storage and storage space. Everything was very clean and lovingly arranged. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast buffet, which was quite reasonable for the price. Basically there was the bare essentials, but we expected a little more. The hotel is great and quiet. It's only a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Great hotel with very nice rooms, modern facilities, a delicious breakfast and a lot of attention to detail, you also feel very comfortable with a dog. Only the fitness area is not optimally equipped. There are no dumbbells and mats here to do more than cardio.

The hotel “Boje06” is very well located. Beach and pier very easily accessible. The hotel is in the second row to the Baltic Sea, but we could still see the sea from our room. The reception is in the hotel opposite. A parking space is available for a fee, but is probably always occupied. We were only able to park there from the second day onwards; before that we used a public parking lot, also for a fee. The rooms are decorated in a maritime style, which I really liked. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is balanced and varied. We had a very nice stay.

Good location...a few minutes to the beach and promenade. Breakfast good. Since we had cold weather, we were grateful for the well-functioning heater. I found the parking fee for hotel guests to be a bit high at 12.00 euros per night
