We were in Brandenburg from Thuringia again for family reasons and this time we chose this hotel and restaurant.What can I say: We are absolutely thrilled.We had a beautiful room and a beautiful bathroom.Since we arrived in the evening (August 27th), we were hungry and were not disappointed.Fresh ingredients were used and it was so delicious, we are still excited about it today.After a day full of family obligations (August 28th) we arrived back in the evening and were looking forward to dinner and were not disappointed again.The very nice service person was always courteous and always had a smile on her face, even though she did the service all by herself in the evening, which we would like to thank again.Of course I don't want to ignore the lovingly prepared breakfast.As soon as we arrived at the table, we were asked whether we would like coffee or tea. Here too, the service was absolutely perfect.As already promised, we will see each other again.See you next time.

Unfortunately our visit here was a huge disappointment. The service left a lot to be desired - unfriendly and not attentive. The toilets are outdated and in poor condition. The food was also poor: the dumplings were half raw, the goulash sauce was not set properly and had an unappetizing, flaky consistency. The salad seemed old and anything but fresh. Overall a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

A beautiful spot to stay... We didn't spend the night here. We dined in the restaurant. Very very tasty. Everything homemade. Good Brandenburg cuisine... The service was also great. Would come here again on a next visit

Booked 3 nights but only stayed one night!The hotel does not correspond in any way to the price-performance ratio! Plaster that has fallen off the wall, open baseboards, mold spots behind the radiators, cobwebs everywhere, torn wallpaper, wrinkled and crooked bedsheets and in the bathroom the previous trash was still in the cosmetic bin! Yuck!!!On the way to the parking lot you could see into a cellar/storage room: the sight is an impertinence for every hotel guest!Luckily we could still check into a hotel in the same town - a difference like night and day!

Unfortunately I can't give a good grade. I ordered a solyanka today. This was completely over salted. The orange juice tasted more chemical than orange. Payment by card is only possible from 20 euros. Not recommended the restaurant.

The Hotel Restaurant Märkische Schweiz is a cozy and charming hotel located in the middle of the beautiful nature of Märkische Schweiz. We received a warm welcome and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.Our room was simply furnished but very clean and comfortable. It offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A small drawback was the squeaky stairs, but that didn't detract from our stay.The hotel restaurant spoiled us with culinary delights. The food was freshly prepared, tasty and at fair prices. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which offered a large selection of food and drinks.The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers and hikers. We took long walks in the area and enjoyed the breathtaking scenery.Overall, we were completely happy and satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Restaurant Märkische Schweiz. We can only warmly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The restaurant offers daily lunch all month long, which leaves no desire for home cooking unfulfilled at reasonable prices. The restaurant has disabled access and also a large hall that is perfect for celebrating.
